I had a mold breakout when I lived here. The parking is limited. Being situated on a stretch of West Chester Pike where the speed limit is 55 MPH is not good. Have fun making a left turn heading west out of the parking lot. The sole entrance and exit are the same. Also, if you decide to rent a two bedroom apartment, they only give you one key for the mailbox. Huh? !? ! Don't sign a lease here unless it is your last resort.
