Working with Helena was great. We saw that she had recently sold one of the higher priced homes in our neighborhood and we called her hoping she could do the same for us. Our home had many custom details which created the need for a niche buyer who would appreciate many luxury upgrades not normally found in homes within our development. We really appreciated Helena's honesty with listing our home. We ended up listing it a little higher and she was confident with our decision.
After 2 days I was ready to pull it off the market but Helena ensured we would find the right buyer. We sold for asking within a few weeks and her follow up was great until the check was in our hand. She went over the top to even negotiate our furnishings into the deal and stopped by to help us pack one day.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Helena! We were relocating from NC to PA and needed to find a place quickly. We responded to an an ad at 6 am the day it was listed, then quickly followed up with a phone call to discuss application steps etc. Helena was very helpful in guiding us in the process to ensure we had everything in order to be considered. She was very flexible in meeting us on location during our trip to PA. The place was clean and Helena was able to answer any questions we had to the best of her ability. Anything she wasn't sure of was relayed to the owners in return. She was a key part in making the move as easy as possible.
