We are very satisfied with the service we've had from the person that answers the phone when we call to schedule delivery to the person who delivers the propane. They always ask what percent i have left and if I think I'll have enough until they bring it on Wens, my delivery day. I move in my new home last year and i have had Heller's gas from day one they take care of all of our propane appliances and are on top of the game great company and service and recommend them to everyone in need of propane and service.

Heller's is very helpful at explaining their billing system when you have questions and they do try to get out quickly if you have a tank that is low.

We hired Heller's Gas to replace a gas fireplace insert (original insert not installed by Heller's) in our home. Mike and Cody did a fantastic job fitting the new unit into the existing space.no easy task. Kept the stonework in tact. Left our home spotless! They did impeccable work! We are enjoying our new unit! We would highly recommend them.

Heller's gas is very helpful and friendly. When ever I had a problem with a leak in my tank do to weather problems they would come right out to fix it and when I ran out of gas in the middle of a storm in the winter they made sure they came out in a timely manner to sure I had the gas so my pipes didn't freeze in the middle of winter.

Steve is a great guy at Heller's Gas. They tracked my gas usage and were able to help me with a consistent fill schedule.

Heller's came to my rescue in December when another propane company had rescheduled my installation TWICE! What I really like about this place is the delivery men. They're awesome. Sometimes it's a small jungle getting to my tank. They dont complain, they just deliver the gas!
I pay my bill over the phone and everyone I have ever talked to is pleasant. It's great to get an actual person!

I have been with Heller’s since 2011 and I have never once had an issue. There have been multiple times that I ran out of propane and they were there that same day to fill my tank, even in the middle of a snow storm! They really take care of their customers!
