Heller's Gas, Effort PA

Highly recommend to everyone, my old was removed in Friday without any notice I’m a new owner of that building. And heller’s gas helps my out in the same day very appreciate that.

We use propane for primary heat, hot water, and the stove. After switching from the largest country wide supplier, we chose Heller’s and couldn’t be more pleased. They leave no gimmicks of delivering 10 gallons in the summer with a $30 surcharge, Hold auto delivery in the summer when we aren’t using much, and have a flawless autopay system. Courteous customer service every time I call with a question and the rates are some of the best in the Poconos. I highly recommend Heller’s.

Customer service is terrible! Just had a 400 gallon torpedo style tank installed a month ago. Installer said he "didn't have needed materials to secure riser and regulator to foundation and would be back next week. " Been over a month now and the propane gas line is still dangling in place with no support! Calls go unreturned, despite messages being left. May need to contact PUC or Fire Department, as this is SEVERELY against Code and EXTREMELY unsafe. It's almost as if they don't care about the safety of my family and I, aka THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I was helped by Mitchell who not only had all of the answers to my questions, but also went above and beyond to get me set up as a new customer.

Personally speaking I love the simplicity of the app: It’s very user friendly. I Highly recommend paying online, the experience was not only expedient, but more importantly, it was effortless. I also love the overall look of the app—excellent graphics design.

We originally had service thru Amerigas, but they were very expensive. Heller's has much better rates and quick delivery.

After nightmare and outrageous fees and flat out rudeness from Amerigas switched to Hellergas. Techs. Were amazing! Installed, leveled tested and filled tanks. Safety check thorough. Best price. Office accomodating.

Their customer service sucks! Their agents are never on the same page, they are far from organized. I personal had to change my account & explain myself multiple time with them! I spoke with a manager & she couldn’t even explain to me why I was getting false information from her employees! “Notes” that was so call added on to my account was never there!

We switched a few years ago from another well known propane company and I'm so happy we did! Heller's has been the best propane company! They work with you in every way possible! From the local office to the corporate office, they are all so kind! I can't give them enough high marks!

Its been a long time since a company and its employees go well beyond the call of duty to help/service a customer. We switched from another well known gas company, due to outrageous charges, and I am beyond excited/happy we did. Shawn and his team came out after the snow storm yesterday only to find they could not install my 500 gallon tank, due to unsafe conditions, and location of current tank, advised me that they could not install the large tank until the spring. Not only did he notice my disappointment, he sympathized with it. After much thinking, talking with his team, they come up with a solution, they returned the large tank, came back within an hour, and installed two 100 gallon tanks temporarily until spring, then they would switch them out to the larger tank. I am beyond thankful and greatly appreciate the service and your team! Kudos to Heller's Gas for employing such great people!

Overall I was very happy about the services I received and my new gas heater works great. There was an extra cost however that caught me by surprise and should of been explained to me. Other than that I am satisfied customer.

Very well staffed and run company. Had a 2: 30 am issue and they were there in less than 1 hour. I wouldn't use ANY other provider/vendor. DS

This company is really good company, in my opinion they’ve given me some of the best services for gas.

Heller gas got my fireplace up and running in good shape. They were very professional and efficient. It’s wonderful to see the fireplace working for the first time in 13 years I’ve been living here. I’m soo happy!

One call to Conner at Heller's Gas and my account was setup, deliver date was set and price was fixed for the season at a very good per gallon rate.
The day before delivery, Jordan called and gave an approximate time of arrival. 2 men came and set the tank and in less than an hour we were up and running. Thanks Heller's Gas!
