Hellers has been absolutely great to work with since becoming a customer 3 years ago. A real person is always available for assistance on the phone and their service is always very consistent. I look forward to being a customer of theirs for years to come.

I wish it was possible to give them a higher rating. This is a fantastic company, i couldnt be happier. When i signed up, they promptly came out and delivered two brand new tanks. They gave me 50 gallons of free propane just for going with them ($125 value), and told me if i refer someone to them i will get $100 worth of free propane. They have a monitoring system on the tanks, so no need for you to continuously check ur tanks or call for a delivery. I was with Eshenhaurs before.they were absolutely awful.terrible customer service, rude delivery drivers, way more expensive, and took them days to make a delivery. Hellers customer service has been super friendly, and their delivery drivers have not only been friendly but helpful as well. Any time i was getting low on propane Hellers would let me know they are coming out and theyd be here quick. Also, you can request any size delivery without being charged an extra 5 cents per gallon for under a certain amount of gallons unlike some other propane companies like Eshenhaurs. Definitely one of the best businesses ive ever dealt with.they actually care about their customers and go above and beyond for them 10 out of 10 rating from me.

I can honestly say that Heller's is one of the best suppliers of gas. They have been customer focused since the day we started with them and continue to exceed expectations. Any time you call you are treated as a valued customer!

Good with filling gas in time before you run out but been waiting for 2 months now on them to pick tanks up out of my yard and even called main office and complained 2 times and Carlisle office 4 times, will not recommend to anybody unless you like looking at there tanks in the middle of your yard

Had concerns with system installation, called them and they had a tech out in 45 minutes.great customer support.

Heller's was recommended by our builder and we've not be disappointed yet. Marcus and the staff have been very helpful with answering questions and Jordan, the delivery man, was courteous and professional. Would recommend.

We have been using Heller's Gas for our propane needs for several years now, and they are first on our list for best price, and their service has always been excellent. We have been using propane in 100 gallon tanks for a bit over thirty years now, and in that time we have done business with at least a dozen different suppliers, and we always check to see who is offering the best price.

In the past three years, we have found three suppliers with consistently good prices, and Heller's always seems to offer the best price for us.

Hellers is great! It always very easy to get through and speak with a representative. Today I spoke with David he was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease and confidence. I can’t imagine a better propane company I’m very happy with Hellers!

I have been using Heller Gas for a number of years. Every time I call they are friendly and have the best pricing around. I would always just call to schedule delivery as I only used it for our fireplace. I always had delivery with a couple of days. I recently switched to propane heat for my only source of heating and when I talked to David today to schedule a fill we also set us up on auto delivery. Thank you heller gas for your great service

We have only had Heller gas for a year now. It started off a bit rocky with us not having propane twice last winter due to automatic refill not happening at the proper time. However, we were a new family living at the home and I'm sure it took some adjusting. David has been helping us out and everything has been smooth sailing since.

We have been using Heller’s for several years. Prompt delivery and customer service is excellent. Spoke to Marcus the last time I called, and he was more than helpful. I have recommended Heller’s to several friends and family.

This company is obviously not concerned about what kind of, if any, safety practices their delivery drivers are following. I watched as a Heller's gas truck barreled through my neighborhood with complete disregard for the world around them. I tried to motion for her to slow down and she didn't even notice me standing along the side of the road waving my arms. I happened to be traveling in the same direction as the driver so I followed and took a pic of the license plate and called the number that was on the side of the vehicle. I spoke with a representative who said the manager was currently on a call but he took all of my info and a general version of my complaint. He told me that a manager would return my call. I even mentioned the fact that I have small children who I carry across the road to my car and how dangerous the situation was. So, two days later now and still no call back from a manager. They obviously don't care if one of their drivers travels at an unsafe speed through a residential area, oblivious to the world around them. If anyone or anything would have got in her way, there would have been no chance for her to safely stop or avoid a collision. Hopefully, no one gets hurt or killed because of their unsafe practices.
