I am extremely happy I called Heller's. Mike E was very friendly and courteous. I called on a Tuesday and had my 100 gallon tank filled by Thursday. The delivery driver was just as friendly. Heller's is a great company

Fantastic experience so far! After the Artic cold in early December I knew I had to change my secondary heat on my heat pump and my HVAC guy suggested propane.

Out the gate when I called Heller's the inside person, Stacia, was extremely helpful. She was polite and professional and answered all of my questions easily (and not have had propane before I had many). Once I had a solid date from the HVAC guy I was able to call back and speak with Stacia again to quickly and easily set up the tank delivery in a timeframe that worked well for me and the HVAC guy.

The delivery was great! I ended up needing to be on a teleconference shortly after the delivery arrived, but Brandon took that in stride and we made a quick plan for how he would handle the delivery. My meeting ended up being short and I was off the call in time to check in with Brandon before he left. It all worked out really well.

I am very happy with the professionalism and care I have seen so far.

I would give them a zero if I could. Have been trying for almost a year to get a refund on an overcharge on my mom's account. They charged a double delivery charge twice! I was told this would be refunded once the account was closed after the sale of her house. I was kind enough to let them keep the account open until the home was sold so they wouldn't have to pull their tanks if the buyers wanted to keep them as their supplier. Now they are saying they are not going to make the refund. When asked why, I was supposed to be getting a call with an explanation. Yeah. 5 days later, still no call.
And don't even get me started on their "non-use" charges.keep a close eye on your bills.

UPDATE: Still no call returned. When calling again for an explanation, was told they were not refunding the credit.it was a courtesy credit. When I explained again that it was an overcharge, they insist it is not, even though I have a copy of the bills. Then they said there was an outstanding bill for the exact amount of the refund. The account was paid in full when the account was closed!
When I asked to speak to the manager denying the refund, I was told she's not available. When I asked if she would call me back, I was told no. Next call is to the Better Business Bureau.

I am so pleased with the customer service I received this morning with Mike Eaton from your Lewisburg facility. He was very helpful with any questions I had and detailed all the events and when they will happen. I have worked in sales for 40 years and he was excellent! I am excited I will be setup on Monday. They are state of the art and I am very pleased. Thank you Susan Moshier

Worst Business and customer service ever. If I could give negative stars we would. Over charged. Charged hundreds of dollars if you didn't use enough. (Thanks for not disclosing that to us till after you billed). Tried to talk to managers and instead customer service associate kept putting me on old to get their answers. Management needs to man up and talk face to face and not hide behind emails. Unsatisfactory service. Removed an entire full tank from property and never received a cent. Even though we paid for the propane. I would stay away from this company as we are sure there are MANY MANY better and more customer focused.

Very happy so far with the installation of our tank and the thoroughness of the techs to make sure everything was set properly, level and no leaking. They also tested my burner to make sure everything worked properly before leaving. Excellent customer service so far too, very happy with Hellers!

I have nothing but nice things to say! Our company was previously working with Suburban and we ran out of propane 6 times with them even though we were on auto refill, but their drivers kept forgetting to fill our tanks. We have a school building full of kids and decided to switch to Hellers gas. There was some residual fall out the spilled over with the suburban, but Mike Bell with Hellers went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our kids stayed warm and our needs were met. Mind you he made miracles happen all last minute and during a Holiday week. The kids and staff at DTAC thank you guys for pulling through and being so accommodating! You want a good family business that truly cares? Call Hellers!

This company is horrible. Their prices are high and customer service sucks. Also if you no longer need their services they charge you a ridiculous fee and argue with you.

I’m really pleased with Heller’s speedy and professional service! My tank monitor for my underground tank was destroyed by an animal. I first spoke with Alex, a customer service representative who was knowledgeable and professional in handling my situation. He had a service technician out to my house the SAME DAY to replace the monitor with a new one to ensure I did not run out of gas in the future. Customer service is a huge strength of this company.

The incredible customer service didn’t stop with my phone call. The service technician Mike F was just as knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions, and found a way to ensure that I will have accurate monitor readings, and no animals will be messing with my monitor again! Heller’s will always work with you to fix any issues. I highly recommend Heller's Gas to anyone who wants quality gas service.

We have been Heller's customers for a long time. When we had issues with finances, they are more than willing to work with us. Lisa L is awesome to work with.i love the tank monitoring service.keeps me up to date on where we are and when to prepare for a delivery.i have never had a problem getting a delivery, even when i goofed up and let the tank get below 10%.

Switched to Heller's recently and really glad I did. Not only did they beat my old supplier's price by over $1.50 a gallon but they came out when they said they would and got me set up on my scheduled date. Highly recommend them!

Let me start by saying that everyone I've talked to at Heller's has been extremely professional, helpful and very kind. They have always addressed my issues and/or concerns involving their services. However, I feel like what has occured in my situation could be considered deceptive business practices. I have two 100 gallon tanks for my propane stove in my basement. This is a supplementary heat source which definitely helps the electric heat. The basement is an area that I don't use a whole lot but I do run the stove at 68 degrees consistently throughout the winter months. Heller's has refilled my tanks twice without notifying me, nor were the tanks anywhere near empty. If I used the stove as a main heat source, this would be great but if I was to come close to empty, I would simply request a delivery. I called and explained that I was surprised with the delivery and was told that the previous owners of the home used more gallons per volume than we do and they had it set for auto delivery. I thought I had this straightened out so that I would call upon needing a delivery. A few weeks ago, I was out one day and got an email that a delivery occurred (which I had no idea about and didn't schedule) and ended up with a $500 invoice. Again, not close to being empty and thought I had cancelled auto delivery. When I call, customer service and billing is very helpful, just seems really deceptive. They are always flexible about due dates and payments, but I was not expecting a bill and owing a significant amount of money. It just makes me feel like these deliveries aren't a mistake.

I am new to Heller's Gas as a customer (about 6 months now), but so far I have had a positive experience. I can actually talk to a person when I call them and they were extremely responsive when I reached out for a tank upgrade. They also gave me a strong recommendation for a furnace supplier to add a wall-mounted unit in my basement. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

We have been with Heller Gas for a long time. The people are so nice. We just converted over to a gas stove and they came and hooked us all up the gentleman that was hooking everything up was very pleasant. Keep up the good work guys.

Great company. Employees go above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of. Deliveries are prompt and drivers are respectful.
