Heller's Gas, Jonestown PA

They just delivered another unscheduled full up. It is 90F and August! They have done this several times. I am fed up.

I've been with Heller's for many years now. They have great customer service. I love they have a budget plan to pay every month.

I called to check pricing last year (2019). They are still calling me asking to lock me into a lease for their overpriced propane.

I've told them to not call me anymore and that i bought my own tanks and that i'm not interested in their services but that is not working so i'll just let everyone else know in the meantime

Fast service, made sure to follow social distancing guidelines even though we dont care. Recommending to everyone. Prices were VERY competitive and amazingly fair.

Run, Owned, and operated by morons! I up-sized my tank, they took my 99% full tank and left me with 10% on Thursday, I called for a delivery early Friday morning, Ive been with out gas Since Friday! And this isn't the first time they have done this to me! As a company knowing my order and what I needed. They should have had their head out of they're A@$ long enough to know I needed a fuel delivery and should have set up a same day or next day delivery!

I have had Heller's Gas for several years at 2 separate locations. They have always been more than helpful when I had an issue or a question. I would recommend Ryan at the Jonestown location! He went above and beyond to help me out.

Have been using this company for about 5 years now. They have seen some employee changes and business growth, yet remain pleasant and knowledgeable. If I get a better offer they usually do their best to compete with it. The customer service will make you feel like you are dealing with a mom and pop shop and want to stay. I have referred a number of people for that very reason.

Heller's is amazing! After being screwed over by Eshneaurs and left without hot water for 5 days, Heller's showed up the very day we called to fill and hook up tanks all within a hour! This was so helpful and we are so grateful for the amazing customer service!

This is the best company my husband and I have ever dealt with for ANY utility. Every employee we have dealt with has been polite and goes out of their way to help with whatever the need may be. We are moving and another company has their bottles in place but we immediately contacted Hellers in Jonestown and they facilitated everything so that we could continue with their service.
