Highly recommend! If there were more stars I'd give them a higher rating! They made a house call for my 95 year old mom, who doesn't drive, picked up her 14 year old cat that had been shot by a bee bee gun by some horrible (unknown) neighbor! They treated him and brought him back home. Their price was reasonable. Thank you wonderful and caring staff.

The staff is very professional and kind! They took the time to thoroughly explain things to us and gave us plenty of helpful information. Also got us an appointment for our puppy Mia on such a short notice, we really appreciated it! She will definitely be a returning client

I recently have switched over to them, and I have noticed such a difference in the care of my pet. The staff and Dr.are so caring, kind, and truly care about my puppy. They are great with time, and I’ve never had to wait. The pricing is exceptional. I have 100 questions, and they answer with patience and genuinely listen. I will never bring Kosmo anywhere else.

Super nasty receptionist! Having someone that nasty answer calls isn’t a good idea. Plus 80 dollars for exam is really high. I wouldn’t give this uncaring place a dollar of my money.

Dr. Bauer is amazing! Saw my dog right away when he hurt himself and was so calm and gentle with my fear aggressive boy that he didn’t even need a muzzle! She’s great at explaining things and answering any questions and giving suggestions, the facility is beautiful and clean and the staff is amazing and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

I am so glad they opened here in Hellertown! Everyone my Daisy and I have met here are extremely friendly! They are also very professional and make Daisy comfortable when she is not feeling well. I give them 5 stars across the board!

I cannot recommend this vet office enough. We switched over wanting a vet closer to home and it turned out to be an amazing decision! They have given excellent care to both of my cats, especially my kitten Pogo who recently had a leg amputation (at a different clinic). The Dr and staff have all been so kind and caring in providing after care for my cat’s surgery. It was a stressful recovery but they have been there for us and you can tell they truly care about the animals they see. That kind of care is truly appreciated!

What a fantastic place! I just got a puppy and was looking for a Vet to care for him. Hellertown Veterinary Center is big, bright and well appointed. Everyone is so nice and caring and the Dr took excellent care of my pup. My puppy was crushing on all the ladies! Lol! So happy Dr Bauer opened up this office in Hellertown!

Wow! Where to even begin, we didn’t have to wait and they took us at appointment time. The staff was so friendly and comforting to our dog that was scared. The Dr took her time and explained everything to me. So happy to have found this place!

I took my cats here for their yearly checkup and I was so happy with the experience! Dr. Bauer and the team were so friendly; you could tell they really care about what they do. They handled my cats with such compassion while performing a thorough but gentle physical. The cost was very reasonable in my opinion. I’ve already recommended the practice to a few other cat guardians I know!

I took my senior cat to the office for the first time yesterday. He is not the easiest client, but Dr. Bauer and her team did a wonderful job with him! The office was lovely and clean, and the whole process was so efficient from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Bauer and Kateland were very welcoming and caring with our babies for their welness check. The office is immaculate and Carol the receptionists very nice. Wonderful experience.
