Helping Others Heal, Pittsburgh PA

I have been seeing Adrian at Helping Others Heal for years and she has helped me immensely in times of despair and in times of joy. She has seen me bend to the point of where I was sure I would break but she kept me together and encouraged me to keep pushing forward. I credit Adrian with helping me to find happiness in my life; I would have never looked for it if she didn't make me realize that it was a possibility. I have referred friends and co-workers to Adrian and will continue to do so, I highly recommend her.

I have been so impacted by the therapy of this woman. She’s an excellent listener, kind, straightforward, empathetic, patient, hilarious and will burn the midnight oil with you. Truly a God Send during a tumultuous time in my life. She’s still my therapist. Still supporting me through rough times and her services are a blessing.
