Henderson Podiatry, Lancaster PA

I was very disappointed in Dr. Henderson's service. I visited her office with an acute situation with my foot. Dr. Henderson ordered X-rays and prescribed me orthotics and sent me on my way with samples of pain medicine. I had to immediately go see another physician as my foot pain continued. The 2nd physician was astonished that Dr. Henderson never actually touched (Palpated) my affected area and suggested that her 'diagnosis' was clearly not correct given the proximity of my actual pain. In my followup visit with her (for the orthotics that I will never use because they are too bulky), I provided Dr. Henderson my feedback and concern on her mis diagnosis. She denied never touching my feet and she actually walked out the room. This was probably the most disappointing interaction with a physician I've had in Lancaster.

Dr. Henderson is a wonderful physician! The secretaries on Millersville Pike are very professional and efficient.

First time I visited Henderson Podiatry I went in for an in grown toe nails. The front office staff was very unpleasant and not very welcoming. My wait time going in was fine, however the wait time for the dr was very long about one hour long. I had ingrown toe nails on both big toes and on both side and I though she would do all of my toes all in one visit like most foot drs. However, she only did one side on one toe and said I had to come in for more visit to do the other ingrown toe nails. She said it was like getting you knee done one at a time. I was think, no you want to charge for 3 extra visits and charge for each side of my toe. So I never went back and got the rest of my toes done at foot and ankles and it was done in one visit. There are other foot drs out there shop around because Henderson is one of the worst foot dr I have ever been at.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Dr. Henderson was very competent and thorough. Overall, it was a great experience.

The office is very conviently located for me. I went there years ago for treatment. Dr. Henderson provided orthodics which are working great. I most recently went there this week. The office staff was very friendly, apologetic for slowness of receptionist which is new. Totally understandable, she is learning. I was taken timely for my appointment. There is a sign in the office apologizing for late appointment due to giving each and every patient the time that is needed. Dr. Henderson was GREAT! Very friendly and explained the high cost of the medication needed but provided alternatives to lowering the cost. I appreciated the consideration. She addressed all my questions clearly. I did not feel like I was just another patient. The room was very clear and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Henderson for running an A+ office.

I have been taking mom to Henderson Podiatry for over a year now and I recently scheduled an appointment. The staff is always friendly and there has always been very little wait time once we arrive.

Had a wonderful experience in foot care very nice doctor and office staff so very glad my friend told me of this place.

Highly recommend Henderson Podiatry! Dr. Henderson was extremely warm and welcoming. I had to have a procedure done on my toe which made me nervous, but Dr. Henderson kept me at ease the entire time. It was quick and painless, and it went very smoothly. She genuinely cares about her patients which I appreciate.

Henderson used non sterile toe nail clipper to RIP off scab on foot ulcer. She misdiagnosed heel pain as gout then refused to treat it. Doctor says I was not a patient but this is my screen name which is not my actual name that I used as her patient.so yes both my husband and I were patients!

On several occasions I've found the doctors to be hasty and ineffective. While trimming a nail one of the doctors accidentally cut me causing my toe to hurt for several days. For another visit I was charged an excessive amount (hundreds of dollars) for a nail biopsy and not warned this could occur. Despite being conveniently located I will no longer visit this practice.

Dr. Henderson is the best podiatrist I have had She is very kind and friendly. She know her business very well. The shoes I get from her are wonderful. I am carefully measured and fitted for my shoes. I NEVER have foot problems now, since I have been seeing Dr. Henderson. WONDERFUL!
