Love this little gem. I order from them regularly and they're absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, the bouquets last forever, and you don't need to know what you want- they will work with you. Family owned and always a wonderful experience.

Nicest people ever! I went in to get flowers to make an arrangement. I wasn't sure what all I needed to make the arrangement look good. They were so helpful with their suggestions and recommendations. And all for a really good price.

On what I'm sure is a very busy day in the flower business (day before Valentines day), I stopped in for a loose bouquet. Everyone was especially nice & several different employees checked to make sure I was being helped while I waited for a bouquet. A young lady asked how much I wanted to spend & what colors I wanted, & then she put together a beautiful bouquet for me in about ten minutes.

Surprised there are reviews here that received great service; this was sadly not my experience. I’ve never been welcomed without a friendly smile or greeting by any local establishment in Lititz, so this was my first time and it completely took me by surprise. I’m a Lititz resident and was excited at the prospect of having a local florist do the flowers for my wedding, but first I was told they take very limited weddings, and then I was told they don’t take orders for weddings that are on a Monday. Ok, but strange that a large business Opportunity was being turned down.
Then I was stopped from looking around their shop, in an area that was apparently not for customers but had no sign to indicate this. She seemed to think I was a shoplifter and would nick something. It was clear she wanted me gone and I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome.
Maybe you need to be a white person to receive that warm, old time, friendly service. I always try to give folks the benefit of the doubt when it comes to this, but when you’re on the receiving end of it, you instantly know what it is.
They just lost my business, wedding or otherwise. Truly disappointing.

Deb designed flowers for my daughters fall wedding. They were beautiful! She really understood what we wanted. So easy to work with. If you want gorgeous flowers for your event, I would highly recommend Hendricks Flower Shop! They are awesome.

Hendricks did an awesome job on our flower order. From out of state, we ordered flowers for a funeral. They created a bouquet that was perfect for the male decedent. Highly recommended.

Bernie Hendricks was such a wonderful help in my choosing of flowers for the funeral of my dearly loved ex-husband, the father of my two daughters. The flowers were a magical bouquet of white roses, white lilies, white hydrangeas and white mums with just a touch of greenery to add elegance and soaring height. On separate occasions, both my daughters and the widow described the flowers as "stunning". So, bravo for a job well done and heartful thanks for being so considerate of my wishes.

I went in for some fresh flowers, the assistant put together a beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers, greens and babies breath. The only thing I asked for were purple flowers, which it did have. Great job- my friend really appreciated them. Thankyou much. - Trisha

Debbie and Bernie were so helpful with a presentation bouquet that I wanted to have done for my niece and nephew who were in the school play, Cruella.

I wanted to do black and white carnations for a spin on the 101 Dalmatian theme.

Bernie was concerned at first to spray paint the carnations saying she wasn't sure what would happen to them.

But I had worked and a flower shop myself and someone wanted a black rose so we told them that we couldn't guarantee anything and that it was going to open up and it was still going to be red.

That being said Bernie instead of doing black and white carnation she tipped the white carnations with a little bit of black.
Then Bernie said she thinks she may have some black and white polkadot ribbon which just put it over the top!

They were a showstopper!

I can't wait to visit Lititz to thank her and Debbie personally for such a great job done!

I’m really happy I found this shop. The colors were brilliant and the overall arrangement was exceptional! The flowers were well received and I was told by the recipient that they smell as amazing as they look. I will order from them again.

Not a "plain vanilla" order and everything went perfectly. The owner handled personally. Flowers were beautiful and owner insured they were delivered directly to recipient vs.left outside in very cold weather. Great experience for all at a very difficult time. Thank you.

Have been ordering flowers from this family business for many years and never disappointed. They always give you special attention, the best prices and beautiful flowers. My son sent me an arrangement almost two weeks ago and they are still nice.

With minimal input from someone that knows very little about flowers, we got beautiful bouquets that were perfect. We got a tour of their facility and saw pictures of her adorable grandson. We saw other gorgeous arrangements that were prepared for others on the tour. They are such talented artists with a passion for what they do. She gave me a sunflower just because I love sunflowers.

I'm a walking cliche - husband that forgot about Valentine's Day! Hendrick's came to the rescue and created a last minute bouquet for me.

I have used this florist for years for special flowers for my Mom. They go above and beyond in service. I especially like their flowers at Christmas with their special poinsettia shaped blooms. I love that they grow their own flowers. The flowers are always fresh and last a long time. Again really cannot say enough about their service and attention to detail. My Mom always loves to get flowers from them.

They put together and delivered a beautiful arrangement for my mother's funeral today. They were very helpful and accommodating when I called to order. And they grow their own flowers in greenhouses!
