This is a new updated review, the dealership has improved greatly for me. I don't normally give bad reviews and after the first visit the people here made a ton of improvements and it's worth updating and giving them another chance. The past 2 years of service have been GREAT. Thank you for hearing your customers.

Don’t ever go to this dealership they are a bunch of liars! When I bought my car I was told my car had a minor accident which was a paint touch up, I recently tried to trade my car in to another dealer when I found out when I was told my car was previously in a head on collision which I was never told about and brought the value of my car down. I had also told heritage to replace all four tires at the time of purchase and they refused, so now I’m stuck paying $800 for tires which I shouldn’t have too. Beware of this dealership they will try to scam you. I will not be a returning customer and I will be in contact with a lawyer at which my car has been in their garage for the 3rd time for the same issue which is a lemon!

Not very easy to do business with. Sales reps are not educates on products, promotions, and do not follow up on promises. Management is sometimes rude and pushy. Took them 3 times to detail my truck correctly.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Have had nothing but issues since buying our 2023 Jeep. Absolutely no customer service! No one will ever call you back. Can’t even drive our brand new Jeep because of mistakes made on paperwork and no one cares to fix it or call you back! Will never buy from here again!

Let’s start off by saying it was a fantastic experience. The salesman was new he was three months in the game. Give you a little background on myself I am a professional negotiator for life stock, so I just wanna apologize. It was pretty hard on the salesman. So we came in there for 2023 grand Cherokee, which they ended up getting from another store. They were able to maximize the amount of rebates that I was able to receive and was able to accommodate me with some accessories. Except one that was not honored and I did not make a big deal about it because it’s only $60 everything was flawless. I never really purchased anything additional items but they were able to give me a vehicle protection spray for a little less than cost so I opted in. This was the second time purchasing from the mile one auto group. These guys are amazing. They really know how to treat a customer, even if they make it look like they’re on the losing end. I don’t want to drop any names, but if he reads this review, he’s gonna know who he was amazing just little bit more time in this field, and he will have major success. Take a breather, Mr. S. I think I really made him work for his money, but overall phenomenal experience. I would’ve gave him a five star rating but unfortunately due to one of the promises that we’re not honor I’ll give them 4 ️ but I will be seeing them in three years Thanks a lot gentlemen.

If I could leave zero stars i would! I wish I would of read the reviews before driving over TWO hours one way to look at a vehicle that turned out to be falsely advertised. Spoke with a salesperson on a BLACK Ford Bronco Big Bend Series. Was coming from Dallas Pa to purchase this after agreeing on a deal through phone and email. We got there and the vehicle was a totally differnt color! Blue instead of black. Seriously? Eveything said black. The videos and online description the sticker on the vehicle even said BLACK. I have only owned or want a black vehicle. Color of a car may not matter to some but it does to me. I drove over 4 hours in a day to go there for absolutely nothing and have a slap in the face offer thrown at me of 1000 knocked off the price and top off my tank. Really? (Jon was a doll throughout this whole situation apologetic tried to help and respectful.) The other one. RJ was just Cocky full of himself and rude. Didnt even have enough decency to apologize or even look us in the eyes when we declined his "offer" and left didn't even get up off his chair to shake our hands or walk us out. The offer should of been much greater even if it meant you take the hit. That was solely your fault and should never of happend.as soon as you realized I was not buying a blue car you were done with us. I asked if they would wrap the vehicle and he didn't even think about it like that was a joke to him. Awful never ever again. Good luck to that guy. Oh btw anyone looking at the "Black" big bend bronco online its actually blue and they won't tell u that.also it has a imprint of a decal on the back window that says "Jesus take the wheel" that if I didn't accidentally see it you would miss it and thats NEVER coming off! (There's one on the other side of the back window too) also never mentioned that to me and wouldn't of unless I saw it! Disgusted!

Just picked up a 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus from this dealership. I want to thank Chris Leeper who is a fantastic salesperson, he was very professional, courteous, and has high integrity. I also want to thank Derek Morrison, finance manager, who was also very professional. Both Chris and Derek made the process smooth and easy; no shenanigans, just straight up honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this dealership.

Be sure to ask for Chris if you're looking to purchase a vehicle!
