Heritage Floral Shoppe & Flower Delivery, Ambridge PA

Beautiful arrangement for my Mothers memorial service. We matched the flowers to the urn and it was beautiful. Many comments on how it turned out.

I needed a peace lily for my daughter on law. She was leaving to go put her precious dog down. Not only did Kim pick the perfect lily, replant it, pick the perfect ribbon. She hand delivered within the hour. She was so caring! Thanks so much Kim.

I was so happy with the photo of the flowers they sent me and then they went out of their way to accommodate a delivery after I sent the first bouquet to a wrong address. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would trust them for all your flower delivery needs!

Scammy. Does not answer phone. Do not purchase online. Purchased flowers for my Mother. 5 days later still has not delivered. Had to dispute charge with credit card company. They said that this person had multiple complaints.

A close friend lost her father unexpectedly and Heritage did a beautiful job with the arrangement we sent. Communication was great, delivery was perfect. I hadn't used them before but chose them because they were close to where she lives and they had a variety of beautiful arrangements. I would absolutely use them again.

Wonderful service and they assisted us in selecting just the right custom arrangement. Being long distance, it was comforting to know it would be taken care of properly. They even sent a photo so that we could see what was being delivered.

Per your order confirmation the order # is 91953, the order number was 48842 on your email I received a week after the service cancelling the order with Heritage Floral Shoppe, 663 Merchant St. Ambridge, PA 15003.

We placed an order for an arrangement for the funeral of a young firefighter who died in the line of duty who was a friend and client. We are now, a week later, just receiving an email that they were unable to fulfill our order. They did not have the courtesy of calling us before the funeral to let us know they could not fulfill our order; we would have found another florist or other option.

Always great looking flowers and delivery is on time with great people bringing them. Good Job

I’ve used Heritage Floral several times and have had the best customer service each time. They always call to follow up on the online orders, send a picture of the finished arrangements and add a special touch.

Use them to send flowers to my daughter. I'm in New England. Every time a great result - prompt and beautiful flowers. Can't do better.
