I really liked living at Hermitage Hills. The complex is very spacious and the buildings are not on top of each other. The grounds and buildings are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was in the "Ranch" 2/2/2.5 floor plan and it was very roomy with new carpeting and was freshly painted. Friendly neighbors. Great experience.

Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. Leasing agent and property manager were very unorganized and somewhat rude. Decided to rent elsewhere.

To much to list. I will put up a YouTube video of this so called townhouse! I'll tag Hermitage Hills and Universal Development in the video. We came here because another place fell through the day we sold our house. We did not see this townhouse before we signed the lease (my fault for having trust in them). WOW after a couple days of living here I realized we are paying about $600 a month to much for this place! Rent is $1072 a month and when you see the video you will see why these so called townhouses should be $400 a month. Absolutely disgusted with the decision to come here. Now we will see what the management will do to make it right! One thing I forgot to put in the video, 2 switches that go to no where and a dead outlet in the livingroom. That stuff worries me because we have an 8 and a 10 year old.

Edit: We received a call the next morning. It took about a week to fix most of the problems but they did come through. No confrontation or disrespect. If I could suggest a solution, please do a complete and thorough walk thru before renting to a tenant. Not everyone is afforded the time to look at every detail of an apartment. Also preventative maintenance is key. Even if it is a temporary stay here, this is still a home for many people. When you lease certain mechanical and cosmetics defects or failures need to be addressed and corrected by the management before and during the lease. A good relationship between management and tenants is vital. Most people are not asking for above and beyond but just to be treated fair. Just like the house we just sold, it needed maintenance periodically over the 14 years we lived there and I'm sure the house we are building will need the same for years to come. The same is true for these apartments. Make this a place people will want to come to, not a place where people settle for because of limited options and the owners along with the employees and finally the tenants will all benefit! Thank you

Lived here for awhile now and referred a friend who also lives here. Anyone who complains hasn't looked around. This is the best place for the money as far as maintenance, staff, cleanliness, service, security, and amenities. I just wish I had updated appliances but I'm very happy here.

Just awful. Not only did we have trouble getting our large security deposit back (and we paid someone to clean it prior to our departure) ; but they tried to extort additional money from us after we left. The fixtures and finishings inside these units are of poor quality. No security at all. Would NEVER recommend this place and would suggest that there are far better options in the Hermitage area.

I've been living here for 9 months now with no problems. I have had little interaction with the staff, however when I do, they are friendly and accommodating. The living room and bedroom closet are both huge. Lots of storage. My bathtub drain once leaked into the apartment below me, and they promptly fixed it within a day. Everything was very clean when I moved in; the carpets and the blinds looked fresh. I rarely hear any of my neighbors. My only complaint would be the birds that have built a massive nest in the gutters outside of my windows, but that is not the apartment's fault:)
