Hernley's Polaris-Indian Motorcycle, Elizabethtown PA

I'm researching for an upcoming purchase, hopefully a new Springfield Dark Horse.
This place has a 2020 leftover at $22,999. Seems high when I m seeing 2021s for $22,499.

One god thing about most Indian Dealers is that they provide pricing on their websites. Still haven't found an HD dealership that does this.

If you are in the market (or not for that matter) for a Motorcycle or ATV this is the place to go. The staff is awesome and they truly work for you to get you what you want.

Cant be happier with my Scout it is such an awesome bike. Will be getting some addons here soon for it.

This is the experience that you want at a dealership. Its not an assembly line it is a group of people that truly care that you are happy and wont stop until you are.

Just recently had warranty work done on my Indian motorcycle at Hernley’s. They treated me amazing. Parts were ordered and delivered quickly. The owner, Duane Hernley, contacted me personally as soon as the part came in and scheduled repair work the very next day. It was in the 30’s when I rode in to the dealership and the woman at the counter immediately handed me a hot cup of coffee to warm up. I highly recommend this dealership!

Storefront is professional and inviting with plenty of parking. Inside was clean and well organized. Many motorcycles on display on the floor. Spent 20 minutes looking around but was not able to speak to a sales representative. The ones I saw were deeply engaged with other customers. I did not interrupt but a brief breakaway to engage with a new customer would have made a world of difference.

Always nice people and very knowledgeable love going there just to browse my wife and I have gotten a bike from there and I'm always looking for my next bit of fun

From the moment I inquired about a test ride to the delivery of my new 2021 Indian Scout Bobber, their service was exemplary. My salesperson (Chad Kressler) was the best, he answered every question (a few dumb ones included) I had. He helped me in every step of the process from choosing the right model to the perfect accessories for my needs. Thank you Chad for everything, you were great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new motorcycle, I will be a Hernley’s customers for life.

Pushy sales staff cant look without awnsering a bunch of questions motorvation in mech is better

I visited once to test drive Indian bike when the demo truck was there.they have a good selection of bikes.staff was friendly and helpfull

I was there on business and the man in the back uncrating new bikes was extremely rude, when I asked what model the full dresser Indian is he replied "It's a bike". Maybe he was just having a bad day?

This is a very nice place, the people are kind and helpful, I volunteered here a few years back for a food vendor that came, the proceeds went to families dealing with cancer.

I went to Hernley's to check out and get some information on some indians. The Staff was very pleasant and was able to answer all my questions. I even told them I was only there to look, he did not pressure me in anyway to buy. When I decide to buy an Indian I know exactly where I will go.

My family has purchased atv's and Victory motorcycles ove the past 5 years or so and had our equipment service there and never had any issues until last week. I drop off my motorcycle for routine maintenance and some custom parts to be installed. They order me in a vertical plate mount and did not know that PA law requires a plate light. Then i get a call that i need to order 1 and have it shipped in. Once new part arrives and is installed. It was worst work i ever seen for electrical wiring. Wires were not shrink tubed together and didn't try to hide them. Then i pick up my bike and get it home ad realize that the chrome bolts i gave them were not installed for my pegs. I call them they look for them the the owner calls and suggests that they never got them. Never suggests any thing to make it right with me. We as a family with everything we have purchased from Hernleys we will never go back. If you are reading this review that we suggest you use a different dealer and use a different service shop. They received 1 star because i could not go any lower. Poor work and 40$ worth of chrome bolts cost them our business. Very disappointing.
