Hershey Country Club

This was a beautiful place for my Niece's bridal shower except the serving staff wasn't that friendly it was like they were all having a bad day.

The course is well groomed and challenging. It is very expensive. I was disappointed to find that the staff was very unprofessional. Not everyone but it only takes a few people to make your experience bad. I think they are used to high-end clientele and if you are an average Joe, like me, you don’t get treated well.
They greet you curbside to assist with your golf bag. This particular employee put my gear on a cart that was in use. Someone drove off with my personal shoulder bag in the back of the cart and I never got it back.
My daughter, not a golfer, wanted to come along for the ride. She is an athlete and wares expensive workout clothes. Some woman from the pro shop came down to the first tee after we already hit our first shot, and stopped us. She said my daughters arms were showing and that was inappropriate. She embarrassed my daughter in front of a handful of people interrupting our game. If there was an issue, it should have been addressed when we were in the pro shop. I have never seen anything like this on any golf course I have ever played. And I have played a lot of courses.
This woman’s name was Sarah. I only know that because my daughter told me. I was never approached or given a courteous explanation as to what was going on. Even their own employees in the area look stunned by this woman’s behavior. We will not be returning to this establishment. There are other nicer courses with a better price with courteous people that will treat you the way you deserve to be treated. Mark this place off your list. Not worth it.

Great staff, great facilities, great food! Beautiful grounds with some really great holes. We had a fantastic time at our fundraising event!

Great time taking golf lessons with Jeff Batchelor. Jeff was super helpful coaching us on golf basics. Would definitely recommend visiting the course and taking lessons. We'll be back

We had our beautiful wedding at the Hershey Country Club at the end of August! We spent the entire wedding day at the venue from getting ready to closing out the night. Our reception was in the Picard Grand Pavilion and I cannot wait to share photos to this post because it looked magical! The food was one of the most important items to us for our guests and the catering team delivered! All of the food from cocktail hour to dinner was out on time, perfect, and delicious. We worked with both the venue/catering coordinator, Samantha and our wedding coordination team at Unique by Design to make sure every detail was perfect. We would recommend using a third party planning group in combination with the venue to take care of extra design and vendor coordination details since they do not do weddings very frequently and their staff manages many other events going on at the club. HCC was very accommodating venue the day of, and we had the best time ever! So many guests commented on how wonderfully everything came together. Thank you! - Tiffany and Nick

Great club with two challenging courses and a family friendly atmosphere. Fee structure is on par with similar clubs. The kids love the walk-in pool. It's hard not to like it.

The west course is very nice to play by the mansion and old power generation facility. It was in great shape and the facilities are very nice.

The trolley works is lots of fun we sing songs, and saw where Hershey himself house grew up

Hershey Country Club is an absolute dream wedding/reception venue come true. From the amazing staff that serves their clients so well to the delicious food to beautiful reception hall and photo opportunities. This is a dream wedding venue!

This place is amazing! West course today. Greens were fast but consistent. It was alot of fun to play a demanding course!

This catering was wonderful. They went over and above in service when I asked about gluten free options at a memorial service and made me a sandwich that was lovely. Thanks

Venue requires dress code (as most do) - but me mindful, as they don't mention specifically ahead of time. We had people ahead of us that were very disappointed & angry b/c they weren't told when they made reservations

Got an opportunity to play both the West and East courses for a fall golf trip. We all thought it was great. The older West course wraps around parts of Hershey with great views. East course has a lot of hills and the greens are all crowned. Challenging and fun! The fall colors popped on both courses. Staff was awesome and friendly. Nice restaurant and staff which helped us get some delicious lunch before we headed out.

Course was fantastic.club house.not so much.no one in the club house and they wouldn't turn the volume up on the tv for the penn state football game.and I quote.we don't turn the volume on in the club house. There was no one in the clubhouse but my forsome and 2 other guys.privilege at it's finest. If they should rethink their business model maybe they would have more members there

Was there for a charity event. Golf course was beautiful and very well maintained. Beyond the course itself, the staff was friendly and helpful.
