Hershey Farm Restaurant & Inn reviews
38 Just a wonderful place to visit.
The food was great. If you walk out hungry, it's your own fault.
Gift shop really neat.
Fried chicken was good. Sides were ok. The buffet didn't seem to be worth it. We ordered a la carte. The servers were cool though.
Nice smorgasbord & store. The food is ok. The decor is a bit dated but I guess that's the charm for a simpler way of life. I was apart of a group and the person directing the group with the seating and buffet came off as rude. Idk if she was having a bad day or what. I got the feeling she just wanted us to eat and get the heck out immediately.
Very nice place.great food pricey.make sure tour very hungry to go there. For the price of one person is all
Alot of good food.some food was bland but it is a buffet. Has a small farmers market attached. Would definitely go back.
Great food, reasonable price. Surprisingly short wait. Just wish the bathrooms were slightly larger.
The food was good. You have to try the meatballs because they were delicious. Overall experience was an 10
El buffet es muy bueno, con gran variedad de "comfort food". Recomiendo el lomo y el philly cheeseteak en el grill
The food was awesome! The service was excellent. And the atmosphere was warm and cozy. I'm definitely going back
Excellent food and variety with a great discount for locals. I especially liked the sweet potatoes and whoopie pies. There's a soup, salad, and baked potato bar option that is a little less expensive and good for people who want to eat light, including some good protein options like eggs, chicken, and cheeses for the salad.
We had the smorgasbord meal at Hershey Farm Restaurant. It was in a secluded dining room away from all the regular diners. The food was mostly excellent, though the corn, for instance, had way too much salt added before it got to our table. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and ready to serve -never an instance of rolling their eyes or acting out upon having to actually do their jobs.
The refreshments and water was salty so if from New York be prepared to purchase bottle water or bottle soda.
Good place to eat! Liked having the choice of buffet or off of the menu. My wife & I had the turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravey, & green beans, delicious! If you are ever in the Lancaster, Pa area try it out. It sits right in front of Sight & Sound Theater
We went to the Sight and Sounds Theatere to see their depiction of Jesus. While in Lancaster we enjoyed a meal at the Hersey Farm Restaurant. This was our first time eating here. We were quite pleased with our meal and the selection they offered for us to choose from. We look forward to a return visit.
The food was delicious. While we waited to be seated we were able to shop around the store. Once we ate the waitress was kind enough to give us coupons for a show we were going to see the next day. Their hospitality was very kind
We enjoyed the restaurant, the market, the boutique shop and the walking trails. However, the lodging was a bit disheveled. The bathroom needed work, a few silver fish bugs on the ceiling, maintenance issues.
Also, we were not impressed with the front desk staff.in the past we stayed here, but given our recent experiene, and the high price increase, we will not stay in the future.
As always the staff were nice and polite. The food was awesome. And the retail have nice items to buy. Thank you so much.
