Always love coming here. They have great acts, great prices and the staff is always so helpful.

The venue is beautiful inside. You can't print your tickets in advance. So that was an issue. When they scanned my ap it came up as a screenshot. So I had to go to the ticket office and get tickets. Then they had problems scanning the printed tickets.geez.

The seats are small and tight. I had about half a seat because the person beside me was so large he overflowed into half of my seat. My husband had to twist his body in order to give me some room.

The show was okay. It was very generic and I feel like it was overpriced. The performers didn't seem 100 percent confident in their movements. I felt nervous that one of them was going to hurt themselves.

My daughter took me to see The Nutcracker and we greatly enjoyed the both the show and the beautiful venue!

Beautiful theater with an amazing seating arrangement that makes even back row seating a great way to enjoy any performance.

Always enjoy going to Hershey Theater for an event. Seats for Girl Named Tom were in the Loge, the area directly in front of the balcony. Great spot! Many in attendance weren't aware that the Theater will not allow purses or handbags larger than 5"x8". Saw several spouses carrying purses back to their cars. They had a small violin team playing Christmas songs from the loft above the lobby. Nice touch. The Theater is so beautifully designed and decorated nice for the season. GNT played a couple Voice snippets, and overall it was a very enjoyable show. Their harmonies are incredible. The show was a little short, but didn't lack in any area. Very pleasing to the ears. I would love to hear their non-Christmas selection of songs. I've been a fan since watching them on the Voice.

Came here to see Chicago and I was blown away.this theater is absolutely GORGEOUS! The stunning artwork is showcased everywhere you look. It's just beautiful.

Staff is very informative, kind, and knows how to handle a mass of people excellently. Every seat could see the stage, though sometimes in the balcony your view might be obstructed if someone very tall sits in front of you.

I can't wait to see my next show here!

Awesome theatre, great shows, amazing architecture inside the theater, between the theater and out where the refreshment Center is.

Apparently, the construction of the Hershey Theater was completed in 1937. (. As told to me by a kind member of security.) The architectural details, as well as the materials used, are impeccably beautiful.

What a beautiful theater. We came to Hershey Theater to see Chicago. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We had such a great experience compared to some theaters we've been to. I would highly recommend going here. There's plenty of parking too which made it such a nice experience!

Up until tonight I always found the Hershey Theater a pleasant experience, tonight however was a completely different story. They have this absolutely absurd rule about purses. They MUST be a certain size, which is about the size of my husbands palm! My bag was about an inch larger and we were made to go all the way back to our car to put my purse back. This happened to many many women tonight. How absurd! Just take a look in the purses like just about every other theater/venue we’ve been to!
How inconvenient and silly. I didn’t bring in a backpack or large purse. Terrible terrible customer service. Very disappointed in this theater. Are they after safety or just control?

Such a beautiful theater! Have been here twice and can't wait to go back! Very helpful staff.

Great sound with assistive hearing devices (free during the performance), beautiful theatre, saw Chicago: the Musical.

First, the building is gorgeous! But it ends there. The security is ridiculous and most of the security people are rude. No purses bigger than a small book are allowed. You can’t even mill around to admire the building without a security guard asking you where you are going or what you are doing. The lobby is tiny yet they set up a snack and drink area to sell $12 beers and $4 snacks which jams up the whole lobby. The choice of restrooms (at least for the men) is either up a tiny staircase to a tiny restroom or down a wide staircase to a bigger restroom with 200 people in line. The seating is not staggered, so if anyone sits in front of you, you will spend the entire time trying to look around their head to see center stage. Take a jacket or sweater because it stays cold the whole time. If you leave the building for any reason the do not allow re-entry. Be sure to plan at least 30 minutes to exit the parking lot which is a poorly designed quagmire. Other than that, the show CHICAGO was great.

Beautiful theater, great performance and wonderful company.
Only problem, I was unaware of the no purse rule. Luckily my purse only held my wallet and phone I removed them and left my purse with the umbrellas in the foyer because I parked 3 blocks away. Of course it had been removed by security when I returned for it, because it was not an umbrella.
Lesson learned.

I just bought seats 6 days ago at $50 apiece plus fees for a show that is being offered today at $30 apiece. As a retired person, it makes it very hard to support the arts when seat prices change. Next time I just won't buy seats. Very disappointing. I guess my user name fits.

We saw Bluey there, it was an amazing show. My daughter loved it! The Hershey theater was absolutely breathtaking and an absolute work of art! Thank you Milton Hershey for building us such a beautiful theater to enjoy the arts.
