I have been taking our pets Caesar and Joplin here since moving to the area 2 years ago. I have been very pleased with the service provided and the staff. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Dr Kevin is always attentive, knowledgable and professional. He is very well versed in his field and takes the time to explain everything and answers all of my questions. Thank you for providing outstanding service!

Caution the quote you at one price and ends up to be hundreds more! They are not up front with their pricing. Brought a sample in to check for blood and they checked for worms even though they knew she just finished her de wormer and their wouldnt be any. Then they charged ne $40 for it! If i had any other choice i would not have gone here but no other vet could see her and she was really sick.

Friendly and courteous and caring. Will call them again if I any problems with my dogs or cats

Great team! Dr. Schengrund is attentive & informative without being judgemental. The technicians and receptionists are always kind, even when they're busy.

Fantastic experience as a new client. They were able to fit us in for an emergency flea issue. The visit was very efficient and our pet was well cared for.

My 85lb American Bully / Pit mix loves his Dr. Kevin more than any family/friends I’ve ever introduced him to - this office is full of incredible people who treat every animal like family. When my big guy fractured his toenail jumping off our porch last year, and needed it cauterized, Dr Schengrund and the amazing technicians/professionals there made him comfortable as possible while fixing him up. He still loves to see his Dr Kevin every visit since. Today I took him for an appointment when no immunizations were actually due (my mistake), on a busy night, they still took the time out of their evening to do an exam/eval, give advice and support, and billed nothing at all for the visit. These are organized and capable providers, and above all, incredibly caring people, hands down.

Our puppy absolutely loves the staff there and they do a great job with him. The drs are very knowledgeable in their practice and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves there pet.

We travel a lot with our fur-babies and needed a veterinarian pretty urgently. From our first phone call to having to make the decision no one wants to make, the staff at Hershey Veterinary Hospital was the best. Again, thank you.

I love Hershey Veterinary Hospital. They take excellent care of my two dogs and get me in and out efficiently. In fact, the care and quick thinking of the Doctor saved my dogs life. Highly recommend.

This is the most helpful, informative, caring hospital for animals. Their staff are wonderful

Overly priced and they act like they don't know whats wrong just to do more tests, pet insurance was worthless here. Good enough that they saved my cat even though I knew what was going on but they wouldn't listen.the whole service was shaddy. I won't go back here ever again! Seriously they only care about $$$ not if your pet lives or dies. They made me go outside when I was crying to not make a scene, thank God a friend helped me with the hundreds of $$$ for the stupid senseless tests and then medications (I had requested from the beginning knowing he had feline herpes virus) or my cat would have died. Go to Dauphin County Animal hospital if you want real and compassionate help and they won't gouge you the way this place did for the same treatment. This place upsets me to no end even years later I hear it hasn't changed.

A very nice and friendly staff. Doctor was very informative about my dog's tumor and comforting when my dog passed away. Overall, for my first time visiting a vet myself, it was a pleasant and nice experience. Thank you to the staff and doctor!

Although we ultimately lost our amazing cat, Dr. Kevin and all the staff were absolutely wonderful. The level of care she received in the short amount of time she was there was simply incredible. If we ever have another pet, we will certainly drive the distance to have them be our vet.

Dr. Schengrund is great. I bring both of my cats to him and he’s always very thorough, gentle and informative. Two weeks ago he spayed my one cat. She only had a small incision and did great. Yesterday I went to get her stitches taken out, which they did quickly and allowed me to stay in the car since it was raining. When the vet tech returned her to me, she told me my cat had peed the towel inside her crate, so they gave it back to me in a bag and even replaced it with a big white towel for the drive home, which my cats now love. That was so kind. It’s a 30 min drive each way for me to get to this place but it’s so worth it. I couldn’t be happier.

I found a newborn kitten, couldn't get in anywhere else for over 2 weeks. They fit me in by the weekend. They were very nice to me and explained everything thoroughly. Wonderful people there

Shame on you Dr Kevin. Came in for an appt last Saturday. Wait was long, after waiting outside in the heat called in to ask how much longer and explained my husband has PTSD and was getting anxious. Finally they got us inside and into a room. When I opened the door to ask how much longer and we may need to reschedule. Dr Kevin slammed the door and came in and said.give me a f- - - -ing break, you can take your dog and never come back or wait. Either way.he said I don't care.

We have a right to know if you are running late and fully understand.all your team had to do was explain and give us the option to wait or reschedule. As a family dealing with PTSD.shame on you.

We waited all week thinking you would call and explain you had a bad day. Well as you can see.no apologies.

I read many other reviews about your temper but didn't believe until you freaked out on us.

Our dog was calm, it was my husband I tried to explain to your staff.

Again, all we can say is shame on you and your temper. May want to consider anger management
