Difficult to navigate to park. Workers seemed over whelmed and lines were disorgnaized to enter even outside the park

Great park, great rides, professional staff, super clean park including the bathrooms! My new favorite park!

It wasn't so bad. But to get into the wading pool for kids ya had ta wait till someone came out. No one was given a time ta come out. Little kids had ta stand in the heat from 30-45 min before they could go in. Pathetic ta pay so much but couldn't ride because of the restriction and hours of operations. An hour wait for the lazy river. UGH!

Had a really super time. Just wish you could go threw the factory like you could when I was a kid.

This was my first time going but I think this was the best park I've been to. There was something for the entire family to enjoy.

Me and my family had a great time. Took a full day to do everything. The kids are still talking about it 5 days later.

We were at Chocolate World and rode the Trolley Works, very informative on the history of Milton Hershey and Derry Tap.

Chocolate World - good day, lots of variety and choice, deals are better than being at a retailer, fresh, good service. Cold weather kept the crowds away, so it was a perfect day to shop and stock up.

It's Hershey Park, so what's not to like!? It's an expansive theme park with a huge assortment of rides for younger and older kids/adults. The lines can be long so be prepared to wait. I would definitely recommend the all-day food pass which saves money in the long run. In my opinion, it rivals Disney.

Took mom the go see Janet Jackson in concert. The parking was easy and it did not take too long to get in. Leaving was horrible though.the staff is helpful.i would come here again for a concert.

Completely lousy when it's a holiday. The lines for food were an hour long. The check out line was at least a 2 hour wait.

We were hoping for more chocolate festivities. Park is super hilly, if you have knee or hip issues, take it slow

Love it, try to go during week cause is less crowded.
Great family park, but the whole town is.
People are mostly very friendly, good places to eat, great rides, all had a great time again.
(disclaimer is used to live in hershey and attended every weekend as a kid.
But good to bring family back to area (hell wish never left sometimes).

Chocolate World was awesome experience. It's the biggest chocolate shop I've been to. The chocolate tour was a great learning experience. And of course, all the Hershey's chocolate you could ever want.

Very good place to take the family. Much better than six flags, although the attractions are not up to par with six flags, you will feel safer and like the look of Hershey as six flags feels filthy.

The rides are awesome the staff is pretty nice just very expensive to get in very expensive to park and food is very expensive so expect to pay a lot of money when coming here

Visited the park for Christmas Candy Lane. Because of this not everything was open but we knew this going in. It was still a great time. A good selection of rides were open. They also added seasonal events, displays, food, and shopping. There was a live band from a local school, the NOEL show with synchronized lights and seasonal music played over the sound system.

We were there during the holidays. The park was decorated nicely. The issue for us was the horrible food and related service. The park could be so nice, if they could only fix the dining and bad service. It's still worth going, just eat before or after.

Lots of rides for little kids spread throughout the park. Fun rides for big people too. Great variety.
