He made the process completely stress free. I appreciate all the help! I’m glad I decided to get the insurance! The car got scratched and it was completely hassle free. Hertz bad.charge me too much my insurance only paid 26 dollar a day put me in a car that was 38dollar a day. So I had pay the extra.
