If your looking for a reliable car with warranty to back you up go to HERTZ! I am so happy with my purchase! I traded my 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2019 Ford Fiesta and I couldn’t be happier. The price was right and the quality of car inventory is top tier!

I bought a car from them 2 month ago and still I don’t have the title and registration. Car is parked with an expired temp plate I m paying a loan and insurance and I can’t use it. Every time I call they keep me on hold for 30 minutes and they never have an answer. Very negligent and irresponsible

Terrible experience.

Slow, apathetic, dishonest service. I went to Hertz because I thought it would be easy, but boy was I wrong.

I'm here to buy a car! It was like pulling teeth. You would think they wanted to do anything but sell me a car.

Would not recommend.

I had a very unpleasant interaction with the rude manager at HertzCar Sales Warminster. Hertz car sales have promised home delivery to its customers, but when I contacted this manager for an interest in a vehicle there, he immediately told me that they don’t do home delivery. What upset me most is that he is not willing to explain a little bit more about the inconsistency and hang up on me very rudely.

You can good prices but this location is the worst. Poor customer service. Long wait. I would NEVER go back to this place again. Hard to get through on the phone and contact the sales. Seems disorganized. I been to other locations and not bad. This location does not care about their customers. Stay away.

DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE! Good luck getting them to answer the phone! You’d think spending 30k on a vehicle you could get some decent customer service! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! Can’t even get my registration right and they’ll call right at the end of the closing day so when you call back you get the voicemail. Complete waste of time and money!

Not very thrilled with their salesmen but the manager Rosemarie is amazing! I purchased a car from Hertz on 6/6 and Rosemarie was very helpful through the whole process especially with COVID making things difficult. Thanks Rosemarie for all your help!

Great prices on barely used cars. No haggle pricing. They are upfront about any and all charges. When buying a used car, that’s a breath of fresh air. They are less likely to pick up the phone at the night so call in the morning.
Had a relatively painless car buying experience here. Dealt with a lovely guy named Hal/Harold. He was very helpful over the phone.
Tip: if you go down to Warminster and you think you are going to want a car, you can only pay or put down a deposit in cashiers check (unless you are financing). They don’t allow credit cards or cash. Do yourself a favor and check if your bank is nearby. It happens to be that many of the large corporate banks don’t have any branches down there although there are many credit unions in the area.
All in all, a solid experience and would recommend and give the same advice I wrote above to a friend!
Thank you Hertz for my beautiful new (to me) car!

Salesman was nice. Their cars are very reasonably priced - the catch is they will lowball your trade.

The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy with the car I purchased (about a year ago). I did not like that they tried to talk you into 2 or 3 repair/maintenance plans for the vehicle you buy. They don't want to take no for an answer. If you say no to the salesperson, they send someone else over to try to talk you into buying the plans. Then the woman who finalized my paperwork made a disapproving comment with disapproving facial expression about the fact I hadn't bought the car repair plan, or whatever they call it. I agreed to get the pre-paid maintenance plan, though I wish I hadn't. Why can't they just take no for an answer? Why try to sell us stuff we're not interested in? Obviously there is something in it for them, but we know what we need and want, we can decide for ourselves without them trying to pressure us. Just sell us the car and nothing else. UPDATE: They only give you a coupon for an oil change every 10,000 miles, but they told me at Pep Boys - where I go to get the pre-paid maintenance done - that the oil change was only good for 5,000 miles! So I'm supposed to pay for every other oil change. The people at Hertz Rental Car Sales did NOT tell me that. They presented the plan as covering all maintenance. Be aware of this when they try to talk you into purchasing the pre-paid maintenance plan.

This place has aggressively priced cars that are a good value if you are willing to deal with their terrible customer service. I bought an SUV here a few weeks ago and upon checkout was told the car only comes with 1 key. I also drove the car home with the gas tank near empty. These are $300 chipped keys. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they refuse to provide a second key. I just can't believe that any dealership would squabble over something small like this that should come with every car especially when you are spending $18k+. The car salesman Barry did his best to help me but it seems like Hertz just has an extremely cheap business model with no attention to customer service.

Got a fair deal, but took more effort than it should have. They simply ignored their website price and offers, saying "well those don't apply". Frustrating.

I got my first car from here, everyone from the manager to the sales people was extremely helpful. They helped me figure out my financing and explained everything to me. Great experience, I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car at a decent price.

Realist. Will help you get what you need. They don't pounce on you and are down to earth. Come knowing what to expect they will ground you and explain why it's what it is

I consider all dealerships shady in nature but Hertz want you to choose a car with out running your credit or asking what you can afford the sale men are old and tired aren't willing to go the extra mile they want to make sure you are not wasting their time

Unprofessional
Customer service is a foreign subject here A simple "maam well be right with you" cost them 10,000 dollars. Disresepcted and argued with I will take my cash elsewhere while every other customer was financing!

I saw several cars at this place and the Philadelphia location. One of the cars had significant moldy smell (probably water damage), the other one had the bumper repainted and annoying noise from the wheels. These cars are pretty beat up with scratches and dings all over, non removable stains on the carpet and seats.
I ended up buying a vehicle from a dealer (one owner carfax). Huge difference from Hertz vehicles. Customer service is also a complete joke.

Better than Avis/Budget, who did not have ANY cars when i showed up with a reservation in my hand. The only ding i can give Hertz is that they tried to charge me the walk-in price of $180 for the car when i had a price on my phone of $81 (46 plus taxes, fees and more taxes) and spoke to them on the phone before coming & got the corporate reservation price.
