Every part of the process went smoothly. The Hess team was super responsive during the booking process and the guys that put up the tent were very kind and patient. Highly recommend this company for your big or little tent needs (tables and chairs too!). Oh, and it stayed up during a wind storm!

Absolutely amazing experience! We had two tents for our wedding and Dave and his team were so fantastic. They set up so quickly 4 days before so we had ample set up time. Hands down the best tent rental company around. They provided the tents at Hess Auctioneers for all of our sales this past year and we couldn't have been happier. Top notch service was always provided at all times. Quick fast and scheduled set ups. Mike and his team are amazing people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Their caravan took up the entire gas station and they all went in for food while parked at the pump. Please show some respect to others

The staff was amazing to work through the planning process: free on site consultation, endless changes to rental items, sending free linen samples, etc. The setup/teardown crew unfortunately had to do BOTH in the pouring down rain but they got the job done! Everyone was professional and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this company, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

We used HTR as part of our contract with our wedding venue. We loved how flexible they were with making changes to our proposal and that all of our tables were included. We would have preferred the fans to not be setup in the tent if they weren't selected on our invoice, because our guests were then angered until we paid to turn them on, and they did not seem to have much of an effect. We were warned about this beforehand, but would have preferred them to not even to be setup if we didn't select them.
