Patricia with Hetrick-Bitner was a shining light in an otherwise heart breaking time in mine and our families lives. She was professional yet I felt like she was a true friend and that my loss was the most important thing to her.

After my brother died, I was dreading the process of preparing for and having his funeral, along with taking care of his personal affairs. The folks at Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home really helped ease this process and got us through the funeral. We simply shared pertinent family information and Hetrick-Bitner handled all the rest.

My son's death was sudden and my family needed assistance with handling his last services. My 16 year old grandson was close with his dad and we needed to respect his wishes. We were able to have a private viewing prior to cremation which helped all of us. All services were provided in a timely and professional manner.

I just love this place when it comes to leaving our loved ones in there hands I've been dealing with Hetrick's (Nathan Bitner) for over 20 plus years they were there the whole way thru to make sure everything was just as planned from my grandparents to my mom etc. I highly recommend them

Trust your loved ones remains with someone else. This place has a faulty record system. The invoicing says your paying for a Complete Funeral but after your loved one dies you still have to pay for the death date which is 500.00 plus. Also they forget the Veterans Badges on the markers. These funeral arrangements were made by the deceased, someone who would have no problem paying in full for a COMPLETE FUNERAL. NOT SORRY GRAHAM HETRICK, your not billing this family twice. Since this we have been cremating and keep our urns with us and will continue to do so.
