Hibachi Buffet Harrisburg

We've been here before and it definitely is a choice when we aren't in the mood for cooking and everyone wants something different if we go out. But recently had gone sour on multiple levels.

They definitely have been scrambling to keep the same service and food and even chemistry but I really think covid-19 has hurt this business.

You can see by the food they have changed. I know it's extremely hard to decide on whether you as a owner keep serving certain types of food or not based on the quality. I think they are caught here trying to keep up with the same menu or selections that they forget about if it doesn't taste good maybe they should just remove it because it's hurting their reputation.

Don't get me wrong we will be back, but it's a little scarring when you are used to such good care and portions previously that you or myself would get upset that things have changed so bad and that we assume they are serving us subpar food because of a management change or something. I hope this place finds better vendors for their food. I think once they do it'll be great again. I'm trying to keep the faith. Will be back, but as someone who has been here multiple occasions it's not the same. Maybe your mileage will vary if you didn't frequent it as much as we did. However I think most OG customers would agree it was way better before the stupid pandemic. And yes I know that isn't their fault. But picking a subpar vendor *is* imo

So we went to Hershey Park and we’re just FAMISHED after a long enjoyable day of walking and riding. We just knew that the standard “Meat between the buns” was just not going to cut it for our 3 hour trek down south towards the deeps of Virginia. We decided to enter the gates of this hidden gem. Don’t know what the deal is…but this are seems to have the most exquisite Chinese cuisine, and Hibachi more than delivers on it’s promise to “tickle your taste buds”. The food overall was amazing…sushi was spot on and the jello was not bad if I do say so myself. The lady whom attended to all our needs was just an amazing addition to our wonderful dining experience and just a great capstone to an amazing day. HIGHLY recommend this place.

They make up there own prices once it gets packed. My family and I went a few other times and never paid more than 40. But yesterday was almost 70! And also they are really bold in asking for a tip (I put one down and she came and calculated it) oh only that amount? Pretty sure 6 dollars is more than most people put lol. Esp when my bill is over 30 extra that's unaccountable. She was annoyed my other table group didn't tip lol. And she kept telling me tip in Spanish the minute she handed me my check. Mind you my primary language is English soooo that was annoying. Food was moderate at best. It's a good place to eat. Just make sure u ask how much is it BEFORE you go in or sit down. And confirm when ur sitting down. Because they will change the prices daily.

Had a wonderful lunch for $9.99! All the food was fresh, serving tables clean, very tasty, service excellent!

Was a decent place. Food was cooked well. Staff was clean, and had masks on. I will come back for another great experience

This is our favorite buffet. We go here for lunch pretty frequently and we're always pleased. The quality and variety can't be beat for $10!

I liked the restaurant, not overly crowded, good selection of food, Great Customer Service. Very Fair Price.

Favorite of ours. We love going to lunch there after church. I am a fan of the Grill where you select the food and they grill it up. A quiet gentleman is always working the Grill and he does a spectacular job.

Good place to eat overall.has a wide variety of food, most of which is good but some dishes were a little bland for Asian cuisine. I expected many things to be spicier but since its a buffet that must cater to all I understand.the sushi is great and has a lot of vegetarian options.the servers are great and come by often for drink refills.the bathroom was pretty dirty though.

This restaurant was well decorated and maintained. The food was presented in a very clean and professional manner. The staff were friendly and the prices were good for the food we received. There is a wide variety of delicious food to choose from and you will be tempted to fill your place with as much as you can. I highly recommend!

From when I first started going to now, the food has dropped off. Flavors weren't there. Food was fresh, but the hibachi chef sucked! Didn't ask flavors, then I yelled to add flavors and he added it all at the end. It was like eating raw garlic. Horrible!

Wasn't impressed. Food has gone down hill over the years. Hibachi chef didn't add garlic and soy till the end. It was like eating raw garlic. Not impressed anymore.

Just l left the restaurant I went there by myself for dinner buffet and the lady that served me was so nasty with me for no reason never come back.

The service was great but the food was not. Both me and my wife got sick after eating here and I spent the night actually vomiting. The food was cold and tasted off and there was a lot of cross contamination between the various dishes in the buffet. Overall, I do not recommend this place especially if you are at all sensitive to literally any kind of dietary issue.

Was seated and selected one plate of food.the hostess filled the entire section all around me.so no Covid precautions.and two of my next selections were cold from the hot buffet.was not interested in risking an illness so I paid my check and left.will not go back.
