Hibachi Grill Buffet LLC, Montgomeryville PA

Came by today after 2 yrs being away And with pandemic happening still, this was my 1st place to go out to eat. The food still delicious as ever! Fresh and the way I remember from 2 yrs ago. The dishware has changed and the seating is every other table is close. MUST WEAR MASK AT ENTRANCE AND WHILE CHOOSING UR FOOD.

Great food! Depending on the day or time of the day that u go, u have different dishes. I love their sushi! So many kinds! Price is reasonable!

I don’t usually write reviews but today made me so upset. We booked a table for 12, a couple days ago and told the staff we were coming in to celebrate a birthday. When we went in the staff immediately redirected us and told us that it was not available. As we told them that we previously booked the seats they met us with attitude and disrespect. Then when we asked to sit at a different spot the staff started yelling in another language to each other (very unprofessional). We Finnally decided to leave becuase it was not worth it, but I’m really upset becuase they ruined a little girls birthday and did not care at all.definitely will not be returning.

Please never eat here! I went with my family, it was our first time here. I ate a wide variety of foods on the menu. The steak was completely raw, the chicken was raw as well. The food and conditions were completely disgusting, there was someone else’s food on my chair, and the food itself was greasy and VERY deep fried. I got a hive on my upper lip while eating which I’ve never gotten before from any food. When I left, I felt like I was going to throw up the whole drive home. Luckily, I made it home and the second I reached the toilet I threw up which looked like all of what I’d eaten at the restaurant. I normally have an incredibly strong stomach, because this was the first time I had thrown up in 2 YEARS. I will have to wait and see if this is just a one time thing or if it is food poisoning, but nevertheless, please DO NOT EAT HERE.

Poor customer services. We booked a birthday party room weeks ahead of time and they assured us we will have the room. Come the day of the birthday party we got there and they told us they can't give us the room and that we should be seated in the general sitting area. Now we were left with no place to celebrate our birthday party. We had to leave and look for another place. The communication with them wasn't that great because they didn't offer a solution of even an apology for miscommunication ad not booking our room as per our conversation weeks before.

Not so good. Good number of food choices but quality is not that good, especially when a tab comes to ~$100. I would not recommend it.

Food nasty, service pushy, bathrooms disgusting. I'm leaving hungry. Soap dispenser wasn't working ppl not washing their hands.saw that with my own eyes.then they touched the serving spoons without the gloves on.do yourself a favor and get a cheesesteak while in this area.

This place has always been enjoyed. Love the ambiance walking in of water fountain & rocks, lovely. Staff always pleasant. Food always decent.

Just went there today on a Friday evening close to 6: 00pm. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot more food and variety compared to a "run of the mill" ordinary Chinese buffet during this pandemic (but this buffet is more than just Chinese food of course). Everything was fresh as one would expect in the midst of dinner time and the food was pretty tasty. I just think that it's a little over priced when you can tell that they're not providing as much variety and food as they normally would. I don't know if they were charging higher prices before Covid but currently their prices are around $20 for dinner and $13 dollars for lunch. And while I appreciate their efforts of taking our temps at the door and handing out disposable gloves, I really hate having to use their cheap and environmentally unfriendly STYROFOAM plates/cups and plasticware. Seriously, is that even necessary when you're making us wear gloves? For that price I would really appreciate dining on real plates and especially now that studies have shown that the virus isn't spread as readily via contact surfaces vs airborne droplets. Anyway, the food was good and the waitstaff ladies were pleasant enough so if you don't mind styrofoam or a high price, I would recommend coming here during the peak times when the food is the freshest.

Love the food and the care they are doing because of Covid! Prices have gone up quite a bit but the food remains delicious!

Usually this place is delicious, but this experience made myself and my boyfriend so upset. The covid protocols were fantastic - you get your temperature taken upon arrival, plastic gloves to use when you go up for your food, and plenty of barricades to prevent contamination. HOWEVER, there was barely any food out and it tasted like it's been sitting out since the place opened in the morning (I should add that we arrived around 4 pm for our meal), there were no proper tools for my boyfriend to use to crack open his food - he had to use his teeth and I was afraid he was gonna chip a tooth. They had you use Styrofoam plates and cups, and plastic silverware - which made me upset because of the environment. We barely finished our plates, and didn't even get that much because of the selection, and decided to leave because we were so upset and were charged 40 DOLLARS. I hope it's just because of covid, and hope that this place isn't going downhill

I lost my airpods because it fell out my pocket and when i came back to look for them i told them my airpods fell out my pockets cause my phone tells my where it. The point is that the people who work there steal peoples items when they leave them and they dont give back mostly when the item cost alot of money.

The food was pretty good and refilled often. I tried basically everything. Everything was slightly above average. Even the sushi and seafood wasn't bad. I would say it's better than your typical buffet. The covid procedures are pretty good. They check your temperature and give you some gloves when you come In. Affordable and can get your fill. Would recommend if you're looking for a buffet.

Everything was out way to long, except the sushi <not the sashimi;raw fish>
They followed ok guidelines vertically not horizontally, they give you gloves.but they do not wear them nor masks < hibachi grill/sushi bar>
The clams, do not eat or any of the seafood. I became very ill, about an hour later that's all I threw up and have stomach cramps from.
No, I did not over eat and I eat healthy.
It is very expensive and Apple juice < $6 each, did not know this prior! >

Horrible customer service. Food wasn't that cooked. And the girl at the front desk is really nasty. I wouldn't be going there anymore.

The food has been sitting out for awhile and pretty tasteless. Spend a little bit more and go somewhere else. It will be worth it.

The sushi here is quite wonderful.most all of the hot and cold entre type food is also excellent as well. Friendly, kind service always.
