We went for someones bday. This was their first time at hibachi. In the past it has always been a good go to for bday dinners. It wasn’t a good experience. The actual restaurant looks visibly worn. Grills and knobs are all covered in grease and rusted. The floors had food on the floor that wasn’t cleaned from the previous group. The food when finished was burnt not sure if the grill was up too high or the cook was new but our entire party noticed the diff in taste. A drink that was ordered never came out. The drinks taste as if they’re stretching the liquor. I did mention to a manager about our experience who tried to explain the burnt taste as “just the teriyaki sauce”. New food was prepared but sad to say it was not good either. It’s just not the same taste. What use to be a nice evening with good food and a great view is now just overpriced mediocre take out at best with an added gratuity and expensive parking. Save your money. The experience is just not the same. The restaurant needs a make over at the very least. I won’t be back.

Have been coming here for years and always had great food and great service. Has to be the best hibachi in the area. Highly recommend.

We didn't get to find out.made reservation for sushi, then told at arrival that sushi meals weren't available. Asked to wait 30 minutes when restaurant was virtually empty. The hostess was distracted and disinterested in serving us.when we left empty handed and disappointed, they didn't care. So sad. Other Hibachi's around the area are very good, and the chef looked good, but we never got past the terrible hostess. Try another location.

Everything except the veggies were over cooked an TOUGH! It was so bad that I would never try another hibachi spot ever again.no ty

I've been coming here for years and the service my family received last night was the absolute worst. I will never return to this location again. For starters we were told it was a 2hr wait. We should have left then however we choose to wait it out. We waited over two hours to be sat at a table. Once sat at the table instead of a hibachi chef we received the bust boy for our chef. After waiting so long and paying top dollar I expect a hibachi chef that has been properly trained. The bust boy was awesome he did his best with what he had and he seasoned the food to perfection but We were was just over it. It was the end of the night so staff didn't really care everyone just wanted to go home no one helped him out. Highly disappointed we will never return again.

Worst hibachi I've ever had. I promise you, you can get a better bang for your buck elsewhere. Very overpriced, I'm a small person and found the rice portion to be quite tiny. The hichachi chefs were very young and courteous, but the food was terrible. The chef didn't do any tricks or jokes, accidentally set the table on fire, Rice was a bit hard with onions still raw, the bland chicken was hard as a rock, and they don't serve yum yum sauce. For vegetables you only get broccoli and cucumbers which the cook forgot to cook so they were hard, the chef also didn't cook enough rice for everyone to eat. I feel like for a hibachi place selling the filet mignon for 43 bucks, i want someone who can actually cook my meal properly. Gratuity is automatically taken which is fine, but service is slow even in a empty place. The view could be much nicer at night if there weren't huge light glares on the glass. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I don't plan on returning, specially with the $30 parking.

This place is dirty! White seats that were black and the floors were sticky! They seated you late which makes you think what was the point of a reservation. The hosts were rude as if someone shouldn’t be upset they’re getting seated late. And last but not least the crowd isn’t the best. I’m all for bringing your kids but when your child is giving out man coughs take the child home and it’s surprising the chef or anyone didn’t say anything. Overall terrible experience!

Extremely disappointed. Was invited as a group activity and you would think a place with such location and name would be good. Since the beginning we were not expecting too much as the reviews of this place talks for itself. Regardless, we wanted to have a good time and food. We arrived and the service was good. They sat us at the teppanyaki table and we waited over 20 m for someone to show up or take the order (no the only table that complained about this). Be advised, this was a Thursday and at the time we arrived it was empty, only a handful of tables. Then the problems started. First, dirty silverware which clearly it wasn’t cleaned (dried sauce on it). Second, how can I placed with Sushi in its name not have available nor be upfront about it and waited until someone tried to order it to tell us, no sushi. Fine, we proceeded to order from the hot menu. After a long waiting, the cook appeared and proceeded with the “show” (honestly I have been to way better shows). The food was ok if you settle for low quality, very bland, and severely overcooked. The portions were decent but the flavor was missing so technically not worth it. Then I proceeded to order some noodles as an extra. OH LORD! They are horrible! I cannot even describe how bad, horrible, foul, and spoiled it tasted. I literally took a bite and pushed it to the side (clear indication that something is wrong but was ignored by the server). At the end of the meal they asked us if we wanted something else to which we proceed to order fried ice cream. Well, guess what, they didn’t have dessert. I was baffled at this location. No sushi, no dessert, bad food, service is meh but acceptable, and overall expensive for what they offer. I don’t mind paying anything for food, but the price and the quality should be up to par with the price. Well, in this place is not, as it is expensive, overpriced, bad, and they forced gratuity on the tab which this is based on the experience. You are just paying for the view which is a good one. But that is it! I would have rather eat at D&B and the parking had a discount too (not for this place). If you want good teppanyaki and/or sushi, go somewhere else. This place is not worth you money or time.

Very much prejudice and a little racist here. If your black, they will judge you and tell you that they are only taking reservations but will turn right around and sit the next people that aren't black down without a reservation. Witnessed this on two different occasions and will never go back ever!

No soup. This place takes the privilege of putting a tip on a check for 4 people! I waited tables for 15 yrs. This practice is wrong on so many levels. I almost doubled tipped but noticed it last minute because I always tip cash. Also 30 just to park! One n done here. Coustmer beware!

First time here and everything was great!

It was difficult finding the place because it says through Dave N’ Busters. But once we called they let us know the elevator to get inside is through the level 1 parking garage all the way in the back.

The parking garage is right next door to Dave N’ Busters btw.

Service was great, food was great, both the server and chef were friendly. Amazing view. Gratuity is included in the bill. They didn’t have sushi the day I went so they probably only offer sushi on certain days. Also loved the shrimp toss lol.

Unfortunately my appetite was ruined by the sight of cockroaches crawling on my plate. The Chef tried to make it right by wrestling the plate out of my hand before the other guest could see. To his credit he did bring us out new plates. But the damage was already done and I couldn't build back up an appetite. In addition to the roach show. I mean hibachi show the hostes at the front door did not present herself in the best light. As we departed the establishment she was observed on the front desk super relaxed with her feet kicked up. The place did not look clean and did not give the appearance of a restaurant that was cared for. Bottom line not a professional look for a restaurant. This place needs to be inspected by the department of health.

Hands down the worst hibachi place I've ever been to. Here is a picture of my teriyaki soup with frozen veggies. I have no idea how you get a hibachi meal so wrong. How is this place still open. The entire place is dirty and empty

I was so excited to come here! I took my son for his 12th birthday and they didn't have sushi! Although our hibachi cook was very nice and he was trying but the food wasn't up to standard. Maybe he was new? I saw his efforts though. It was cooked sloppy as well. The service was basic but I told her it was my son's birthday and they didn't sing happy birthday. It was a great memory with my son between him and I but as far as this place.its our first and last

Two friends and I came in for Sunday Early Bird on 10/2. It was rainy and dreary but the view of the river was still pleasant during the hurricane's effects. The mood was a bit dim because of the weather but the bartender, our waitstaff, and our cook were brilliant. The bartender was very attentive to bar patrons even though the game was on and he's clearly a football fan because I heard his phone sound off with the fantasy football chime. I didn't see him check his phone or the score at all while sitting at the bar.
Brightest light award goes to the pianist who played on the grand piano for about 5 minutes right before my friends and I left! You go, pianist! Jklol. The pianist was me. THEY HAVE A GRAND PIANO.it needs a proper bench though.

Chef was an amateur. Food was bland and at some point even undercooked. Service was slow, restaurant was underwhelming and needed updating
