Hibachi of Valley Forge reviews
17 Horrible service
Had a reservation at 7PM
Came 10 min earlier and till 8 PM waiting with 5 kids
Asked for a manager and no one came they don’t care about any kind of customer experience
My family has been going here for over a decade. It is our favorite place to get Hibachi! The food is fantastic every time and they have great Monday Night and Early Bird special prices. The chefs are always very entertaining and love to interact with customers. The service is attentive and we never have a long wait. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Been eating here since 2008 and it's the best everyone always asks me which hibachi I go to and I just shake my head. I don't go to A hibachi I go to THE HIBACHI
Some of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They served frozen shrimp and pass it off as fresh shrimp. They also over cooked my wife’s food and refused to remake it. Ask for the manager it took them 45 minutes and t threatened to call the police don’t ever go to this restaurant the service is horrible the place is disgusting
If I could give a zero, it would be more fitting. This used to be one of our favorite establishments, but clearly something has changed since the virus. We were the only ones in the building and we were greeted with “do you have a reservation”? No we don’t. You need one. We’ll seat you though. Then an obvious fight broke out over us opening the door and being seated. Happy to never go here again. Be warned by reading the reviews over the last few weeks.
29.63 for New York strip steak and salmon that was terrible. The steak was like rawhide and the fish was lousy all of which was smothered in teriyaki sauce it was like soup. I swear it wasn't even a New York strip never again!
Visited this place after seeing 4+ rating. However, experience here purely depends on hibachi chef you get for your table. We didn’t have that great experience at this place. Server who took order didn’t provide us enough time to go through menu despite of saying we need time. She just wanted us to order something in no time. The hibachi chef was not organized at all. He simply started throwing food on our plates. We somehow felt that he is doing favor to us and just wanted to get done with our table. We checked chefs serving other tables around us and found them to be very patient and making people really enjoy their visit and have fun.
Food was bland and undercooked except for the shrimp which was rubbery. Chef did nothing to excite. Charged 6 dollars for Noodle.
Food is always good when you eat at the restaurant. If you take out they cook the food next to fish and your meal tastes like seafood.
It's a cain hibachi, once you walk through the doors i bet you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from one to the next. Did not do the sushi. Did the standard group table.with a show. It was a good time. It could be considered on the more costly side, but you definitely get your full. So if you're looking to go out with a group and this is your taste of stlye.go for it.
Food was good, i got the show but thwmey whernt interactive. The only things they did was throw food at us. The guy barely talked to us, or make it a show
My son and I stopped in for a last minute dinner out and it great. The staff was nice, the cook was funny, and the food was AWESOME. A little pricey but the taste of the food made up for that. They are also not skimpy with the portions. We left feeling really full and can't wait to return.
Had fun with the kids!
Got the Filet Mignon and Shrimp and it was delicious!
The chicken and the salmon where both very tasty as well.
Our Chef was pretty funny with jokes!
The kid size plates are perfect for 9/10 year olds we had a few bites left over.
Very good food. The Hibachi was fun to watch and the service was good. I got the steak and it was good and so was the rice. This was my first time ever coming here and I have to say that I definitely liked it.
The worst hibachi place I have every been to. Zero show, zero tricks and you can not hear anything through that mask. Find another to go to.
The decor is a bit rustic, location is easy to find, staff is very friendly. When we arrived for our reservation we were seated right away. The temperature was comfortable and server was very attentive. There was very little lag time between our salad (sad there was not the usual soup) and when our chef arrived ready. While our chef was skilled with the utensils he was not very chatty and didn't entertain much which is something the kids look forward to when going to hibachi restaurants. They did however enjoy the lightening round of flying shrimp see if you can catch them in your mouth. Everything felt a bit rushed but the experience was still great. And to top it all off the food was delicious. I ordered the house special salmon, shrimp and chicken - I must warn you the kid portions are large enough for leftovers times two which was great. Our server sang happy birthday to our little lady and we all left happy and full. I would recommend this hibachi restaurant to family and friends.
