4 This place doesn't care about the residents safety when you are harassed or you get broken into. Staff is never here when u need them.
Staff was only concerned with getting their rent money. Any issues you were on your own and some residents were bad people.
This has been and still is a nice property, could it be better.yes like any place you live but if the residents help keep things nice then you will have a nice community,
I have lived here for almost five years. Great management and maintenance. If I need anything they are right on it. The grounds are always clean and I feel very safe living here. The comments about children running around is not the fault of the staff, they are not responsible for the residents children. This is an apartment complex.not a daycare center. I would recommend anyone living here.
Hickory Meadow is a great place to live and is well maintained. The manager is very helpful and is always polite & professional. She takes pride in the job she does to ensure a safe place to live for all her residents. I have nothing bad to say about Hickory Meadow.
