I moved into Highland Park over 2 years ago with my pup and we love living here! Kee is very welcoming, friendly, and since she’s been in charge many improvements have been implemented. There are fun events, food trucks, and pool parties to get to know your neighbors! The maintenance guys are super nice and quickly take care of any issues that arise.

I have been here for almost 4 years and I still love my home. No problem with the staff or maintenance doing what needs to be done. For the most part in their defense, they always handle the situation. The only problem I have is with the residents that have pets and do not curb their dogs! However, the great and phenomenal, fantastic, on top of it managers & maintenance staff handles the situation. Thank you management & maintenance.

I moved in to Highland Park this week and had the BEST experience with Keshonda, the property manager. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home in Highland Park. She made me feel comfortable while remaining so professional under challenging circumstances. I understand all the challenges COVID has placed on so many businesses and industries, but Keshonda makes it look like a breeze! Blake and Chris the maintenance gentlemen are working in hyper drive to make sure Highland Park remains Harrisburg’s “Hiddeb Gem. ”

Highland Parks is such a wonderful place to live! They keep the expansive yards looking beautiful. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. They even create functions that residents can choose to participate in throughout the year, creating a real sense of community.
I feel really lucky that I found this place. It’s the only place I’ve ever rented that actually feels like a home.

I just moved in here last week, and the whole process from beginning to end was super easy, and honestly stress-free. It all starts in the front office, and those two definitely do a great job, and were very pleasant to work with, and very helpful!

Since I moved in, I have 0 complaints. I love my apartment, I love the community, and I love all the added perks they have to offer (playground, swimming pool, dog park, gym). I've dreamt of giving my dog a big yard to run around in, and this place offers a very nice dog park. He absolutely loves it, and so do I! I think I'm most excited for the pool to be open, I can't wait!

Absolutely love it here, and definitely can see myself staying here for many more years to come!

Friendly, helpful staff. Community and family focused activities. Wonderful pool with shower facilities. Fitness room and awesome dog yard. Secluded and perfectly located for commuting to downtown Harrisburg and around the west shore.

I moved to highland for my pup. My initial experience was frustrating as there were issues with my apartment. I did have some communication issues, but this was more of an individual issue as opposed to Highland park. Even though I had these issues the situation, there was a real and continuous effort to make this situation right. The staff from office staff, maintenance, to upper management was communicative, honest, and accommodating. They are professional and intentional about their residents.

I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years and I enjoy living there. If I have any maintenance issues, they are on top of it. They have even come after hours to make a repair.

This place is awesome.
I can take my daughter to local park and swimming pool or go for a walk.
The street is about half mile with beautiful trees and grass.
The apartment's rooms are big.

Nice community, pet friendly, gym, pool, dog park, monthly resident events, and 24 hr maintenance. All this with kindness and a smile!

I don't want to move out from this place simply because this place is perfect. I have been living here for six years, and I know many people who have been living in these Higland Park apartments for more than ten years.
You can ask for a tour at their friendly office and see for yourself.
I looked for a change somewhere, but I didn't like.
I am happy in my apartment.

Before moving out of another state, I did research online, wrote down many places' addresses close to the city where we planned to move at.
We have seen several apartments in different places then we decided to rent an apartment in Highland Park.
You get what you pay for. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and safe place then everything here is great.
Management and customer service including maintenance staff are excellent.
They accept pets. There's a swimming pool. The street is beautiful with grass and trees. Plenty of parking spot. The apartments are big with flexible leasing terms that fit your budget.
The location is right next to highways, shopping centers: Capital City Mall, Trader Joe's, Aldi, and more.

I have lived here for 2.5 years. The past 6 months have been great! Whenever we have an issue the staff is always on it and takes care of any issues. I love the girls in the office. They are always so pleasant to deal with.
