This is the best laundromat I’ve been to in the Lehigh Valley. Clean, affordable, restroom, even has a utility sink! They even tolerate my dog coming in with me, pet friendly! And immediate response from staff if there’s a problem with any machines. No problem getting refunds on the spot. All machines are kept up and running too. Been going here since 2010, always a good experience. Five Stars and two thumbs up

8 out of 28 dryers broken, the large spin dryer is broken, as well as numerous credit card machines on the washers. There's a long wait for dryers. My washers are showing error codes as they run. This place has certainly gone downhill.

I use this one. Decent parking. A choice of cash or plastic machines. Only had one machine fail in 7 years & I posted a complaint in their box & received a guest card for more than I spent in the mail. Very Clean. Pleasant local folks instead of fearing for your safety just from walking in.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 4 months ago my dryer caught fire & all of my clothes were inside & didn’t make it! The scumbag owner never reimbursed me just straight ignores phone calls and doesn’t return them back. Everything is out dated, the only
Thing reasonable is the prices! Oh and the kicker is, the dryer that caught fire was jus boarded up! After the fire department left, and was up and running for business hours later like nothing happened!

Been using this laundromat for a year now since I'm new to the area. First time in my life that I have to use a laundromat too. Many dryers are out of service for weeks. Sum don't dry at all neither. As one person stated under reviews, the dryers are melting the clothes or bedding! The clothes and bedding are cotton material too not polyester. They will not reimburse you neither! It's ridiculous. How much money do I have to spend on getting the clothes dried half the time, they don't then on top of the dryers that do work-my family's clothes are getting melted or stained. I seen this issue first hand with other customers too that were doing their laundry at the same time as me. They really need to do a lot of maintenance or replace their dryers that are out of order or melting your clothes or bedding. Now, my family is out of more money because we have to replace everything that was ruined including work clothes as well. Washers are small as well like another reviewer stated too here. I'm tired of coming home to ruin clothes and bedding. I will be finding another laundromat that actually cares about their business, equipment, and customers. I had enough of my family's clothing being ruined at this laundromat!

I came to this place being that my washer had broke. It was close to my house so I figured why not. I was on crunch time to get most of my laundry done. Let me jus say that this was the worst Laundromat I've ever been too! Machines are so small even their so called "big ones" I had to use literally almost all of them because I don't like to over stuff washers with clothes (the point is for them to wash). The machines are so outdated, they do have debit card usage For most of them but it didnt work for mine. Thank God I did bring cash so I was prepared for that. I came at 8 so I would have time to finish before they closed. Unfortunately when I put in to dryers one didn't even dry at all and I put 50 minutes on it. When it hit 10 pm I still had my dryers running they had about 18mins of dry time left. The lady that works there told me I had to take my clothes out because their closed.when I asked to reimburse my quarters for the time that they had left she said they don't do that? I've been to plenty of Laundromats before and even though it was close time if you had clothes still drying they always allowed you to finish it no matter what. Long story short I had 3 dryers still damp of clothes that I had to take out. I will never come back to this rinkadink Laundromat. Complete waste of time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not ever recommend this place.

Clean, friendly people, and up to date machines! Also, go down the street to Thai Diner, great food!

Very clean and uncrowded. I went on a Sunday. Washers worked great. And only one of the 4 dryers I used didn't thoroughly dry my blankets.

This place has really gone down hill. I used to come here all the time. And then I started going to the one in Northampton. Well yesterday I was in a hurry and decided to go here because it was closer and I literally wasted more time here and money. There were only 3 dryers that took debit cards, and the one that did, took my money for the dryer above me, but I wasn't aware, and another customer took my dryer time. A lot of the bigger machines need to be updated.

Very clean. Accepts debit and credit cards on some machines! Love that! Spacious and plenty of machines to use.

Nice and quiet location. Almost all of the machines work and they are one of the only locations that have a machine that sucks the moisture out of your items before you put them in the dryer (for an extra $1).

Clean. Quiet. Should have better instructions for people like me who don't use the laundromat regularly. Especially identifying which machines are best for XL loads.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Fair prices. Staff is not always on location, but there is a number that can be called for assistance if needed. Employees are extremely nice & helpful. Always wearing their masks & cleaning.

This place is nice and clean and mostly friendly people only down fall is they don’t have bleach designated washers I did multiple loads and all my clothes got bleach on them when none was added by me, I will no longer use this facility now that I’m out hundreds of dollars in clothing.
