DO NOT USE Failed to apply payment, failed to activate coverage. Service providers refusing care. Despite payment no visible account in system.
I have confirmation of payment for new contract from 12-14. As of 1-5 No cards, no access to portal. 4 attempts to have payment applied have failed. They only see the payment if I press them on confirmation ID number. Then promises follow to apply and get coverage active. On 1-5 attempted to use coverage for lab work, provider can not find member id number, group number etc. Call center is obviously overseas. CSR have little to no ability to fix problems. DO NOT USE Blue Cross/Blu8e Shield through Highmark. Terrible service organization.
