Brought my car in for a lease buy back inspection everything seemed fine I don’t drive my car often but a week later I notice damage to the rear drivers side with grease marks on it keep in mind there was no damage before the car was taken there and the car was driven straight home so I call to complain and the service manager George says it’s too late you can’t do nothing about it I even got in touch with corporate Cadillac and they said I would receive a phone call from Geoff hill the owner he never contacted me needless to say I’m never buying a Cadillac again my next car will be a Mercedes Benz or Audi

I recently had a spectacular experience with Bill from Hill Cadillac Service Department. Bill went above and beyond to assist me with my first service appointment. Along with the service, I also needed a "spare" tire taken off and a new tire installed. Bill kept me informed of the process, connected with me to discuss coverage & non-coverage repairs and helped with finding solutions to the problem. Genuine certified Cadillac service is one thing, the superior customer service Bill provided makes him a true asset to the Hill Cadillac Service Department.

The most unprofessional Cadillac dealership in the area, I’ve never met a dealer that refused to take our money because they felt that we did them wrong in the past. Customer service is always best when a customer comes first before a manager and sales rep ego the entire office refused to take my call, unprofessionalism at it’s best.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We Have purchased several Escalades over the past 10 years. With supply chain shortages there was zero loyalty from Hill Cadillac - they don’t care about trying to get new vehicle or working through the process in current environment. Further, when we decided to buy out our lease, Hill made it ridiculously painful – having to wait for over three hours for a 20 minute inspection? Made us late to pick up the kids from school because they don’t care about their customers! Also charge $250 for an exit inspection? One last money making poor customer service gesture on the way out. Remember Hill Cadillac, all things are cyclical, and in a few years when there are no more shortages your customers will have moved on to more friendly dealerships.
Avoid this dealership at all costs!

And the hill Cadillac reply demonstrates they don’t listen. I never contested paying more money for a new vehicle.actually tried to purchase several times over the course of the past year but was shuffled through various personnel. This dealership is a disaster. Buyer beware.

I made a deposit of $100 for a Lyriq on the Cadillac website. Afterwards, I found out that the actual sales goes through a dealership who is able to mark up whatever they want.

I decided to cancel and since Hill was the local dealer assigned, I requested a refund. I have tried several times to get them to process the refund, including speaking with their GM. I since have had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

My Cadillac Escalade was just returned to me absolutely filthy from being in the shop for two weeks. So sad given that my Escalade has been in the shop for a good 6 weeks over the past few months as they attempt to find a fix. You would think the least they could do is deliver by car back clean, not much dirtier than the way I left it. Entire drivers seat covered with a grey hue of grease from the mechanic getting in and out of the car. They clearly don't protect the seats with plastic. Black grease spots all over interior doors dash, controls. On top of that, they didn't bother to clean the car at all which is what they say they do. My wife read the card they attach to all their receipts asking how they did cleaning their card, uhhh.i would say terrible. I called and gave the feedback to a tech who said he would advise Billy the service manager. He said he would clean it but I told him I already had to clean it. You can't sit in grease. That was it, just sorry and thanks for the feedback.

What an experience. Walked into the dealership today to buy a new Cadillac. Explained what I was looking for and was upfront that I get the GM discount. They basically said to GTFO, we don’t honor the discount and you’re wasting our time. I’ve never had this sort of obnoxious, disrespectful type of “sales” experience in 40+ years of car shopping. Times must be great at Hill I guess. Good riddance.

I bought a car from Hill Cadillac. Overall, my experience was AWFUL. The internal sales manager (Vince) was the worst. There are many other dealerships. I would NEVER buy another car from him again. Just TERRIBLE.

The dealership wants to sell you a used car or wherever they have on the lot

Don't believe them even if they send you a picture of a sticker

Our Salesman Vince Pace and the General Manager Mark Pace were both very professional, honest and patient with us during our car shopping. They never pressured us and were very nice to deal with. They were always looking out for our best interests and they got us the car that we wanted. They both made Hill Cadillac an excellent dealership to buy cars from. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Cadillac. Great experience.

Had to wait 3 weeks for the first available appointment for complimentary service that includes tire rotation and oil change under my Cadillac Premium Care Package (comes with a new car purchase). I told the adviser that it was still under the Care Package when booking the appointment. Once completed, I was hit was a charge for the service upon pick up. Surprised to find the care package just expired last month and there is nothing the nice young cashier could do. She kindly got the service manager Bill who would address the mix up. He did his "Song and Dance" that the service should have been much more than they were charging and there was nothing he could do with the invoice because I did not buy this vehicle from Hill. I was polite and asked him if he was willing to lose a current service customer and potential new car customer over $70.00 and he said "yes". I mention new car customer because the Cadillac dealer in West Chester went out of business last year so Hill would be my go to for my next upgrade.

I, myself, am a business owner so I know what dealing with customers is like. I was not trying to nickel and dime over $70. Didn't matter to me whether is was $70, $700 or $7000. I was not looking for a hand out. It was the fact that I waited 3 weeks and made arrangements to get this vehicle to and from Hill Cadillac to be up-charged for an oil change and tire rotation on complimentary package that just expired. Crazy what the ways of doing business and treating customers have come to.

P. S. I never leave bad reviews so this took much for me to write!
