I purchased this table a few years ago and the table is ripped everywhere after only about 5 years. It is ripped at the seams, mid cushions, sides of cushions… everywhere! I contacted the company about a year ago assuming that they must have had an issue with the material or that they would be shocked at the amount of tears in the material. They did not seem surprised at all. I honestly thought there had to be a recall on the cover. The person was very rude and accusatory. Their initial reply was that I was cleaning it wrong and I should use their cleaner. This was absurd. I have a 23 year old Lloyd table that has not a rip on it and I’ve cleaned that the same way for 23 years. Overall the quality of the table material is very poor. I was given the option to purchase all new cushions but no other recourse. A very “too bad for you” attitude. You would think a company would stand behind their product for longer than 2 years. This table was not as expensive as a new Lloyd but clearly this is why. The company does not seem to have any standard on quality. They were not surprised that it was all ripped up and were not shocked at all by the pictures. They were just blaming me for the poor quality. It’s a doctors office not a playground. The equipment is treated very well but the table material is just falling apart. But they were ready to sell me all new cushions. I am so sorry I did’t just invest in the Lloyd again.
