We had our mini splits serviced today by Hilltech. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with Chris who arrived early and came well prepared. Chris is extremely professional, thorough in his work, and kind. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure the mini splits worked properly. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained to me how to properly run our mini splits. We will be having Hilltech out to our house again in the near future. I highly recommend Chris to any customers who are looking for a hard working and knowledge professional.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, Dave came out on a service call he u fortunately did not have the part on the van and because it was after hours wasn't going to get it before the am. It was very cold out so Dave went above and beyond and brought us space heaters until he could get the part ordered and in. As promised first thing in the am he was there getting us up and running

We ordered the Eveloution Extreame. They came to the house, I was under the weather from just having a stroke. The boys were so polite, they even walked our dogs on their break. I'm quite impressed with our new system. In fact our electric bill even went down just like Dave said it would

Repeat customer here, one of the AC contractors told me I couldn't get our AC units until September. What do you do in this case, call Hilltech and they came thru big time. Gave me a great quote one week and started installing on Monday of following week and was done by Wednesday. Another excellent job done by all the hard workers at Hilltech. Thank you all for doing such a great job and being so professional.

Our house got struck by lightning, It took out the entire hvac system. Dave and his crew had it replaced within days! The a/c was up and running and the house was cool again before we got home from work.

The staff from hilltech was amazing. Dave was responsive, could answer all of my questions and was able to set us up fast. The crew who installed were great talkative, responsible and respectful. I enjoyed the experience. We tried to get a few quotes elsewhere and other companies were rude and unwilling to help. Thank you all for your amazing job we love our new system. Furnace stopped working after work one evening. Technician returned my call and arrived first thing in the morning to assess the situation. Ordered the replacement part needed and came back immediately after receiving the part to fix. Very happy with the services provided.

Was in need of a new furnace. As any customer should do I did my research of the local hvac companies and one name kept coming up Dave Hill at Hiltech plumbing and heating. His word of mouth reputation did not do him or his staff justice. Dave came to my house on a Monday not only did he give me a fair quote, but was honest about the unit that would meet my needs and not try to oversell a higher priced unit. He had the unit Tuesday and Wednesday morning he and his crew were installing the new unit. In no time at all the unit was up and running. The amount of professionalism from quote to instillation was fantastic especially since they were installing on one of the coldest days in December. I highly recommend Dave and his crew at Hiltech plumbing and heating for efficient and friendly service at a fair price.

Dave came out to look at a whole house hvac system. AC and a new furnace with new duct work. A decent sized job, I would have thought. He actually came out twice to look at it and told me he'd have a price for me within a few days. Never heard from him again and it's probably been almost 1.5 months since. If he wasn't interested I wish he would have just told me that from the start so i didn't waste so much time waiting for him.

We had Hilltech install a Bryant Evo in our new additon a couple of years ago. Recently had an issue with a condenser fan. Vicki answered the call and had Dave out here in no time. Over charges! After I paid for a furnace cleaning they told me next year it would half the cost because I would be a returning customer. That's not a way to run a business
