Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster

Nice and friendly staff. Updated lobby unlike the rooms. Your eyes water just entering the indoor pool area.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel was neat and tidy. It was a very pleasurable experience.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and easy access from the highway. A lot of parking all around the building

I would rate the hotel at a 4.5 out of 5. The front desk staff were always nice and helpful. The room was very clean. We really liked that there was no daily housekeeping unless requested. It made us feel safer knowing we were the only ones in and out of our room during the stay. It is a good practice during a pandemic. My only complaint was the bathroom we stayed in had some peeling paint on the door. Also the shower head didn't work very well. We would stay here again in the future.

I gave it 4 out of 5 do to the lack of grab and go breakfast. Every other Hilton I have stayed at even during covid has offered a much better selection of options for breakfast.

The hotel has a pentagon design with a nice interior courtyard. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant is closed due to no staff which was inconvenient as we planned to have breakfast there. The hallways are confusing as some of the directional signs don't line up with where the rooms are with them being in a big loop. Some of the hallways also smell quiet unpleasant.

So, it was clean and comfortable. That's what a hotel is supposed to be, right? But the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there was an old face cloth on top of the shower that someone missed. The a/c had a funny noise. All small things, but.meh. Staff at front was wonderful.

Not worth the weekend $300 a night after taxes and fees. The cheap popcorn ceiling in my room was flaking off. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Odd musty smell in the room I had to air out. The kcup machine had an old used kcup still loaded.

Very Nice Place to stay while in Lancaster. Close to everything, room Very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Most of all, the place is beautiful.

The Hotel has quite acceptable service with exception of a noisy A/C system especially at the night time and a smell of the chlorine in the rooms located over the pool

Great rooms, Great location to Hershey. Pool was enjoyable but railing going into pool very loose reported it but front desk girl didn't know what a railing was.

It is a motel at best and not good property for HGI with preferred room access from doors around the building parameter. Room AC makes extreme noise, had a very poor experience. Kitchen was closed and no warm breakfast or meal offered.this information was not provided when called Hilton booking.

Very disappointed. Small rooms small bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Restaurant and bar closed was told they had both open. Nothing to do in the area. Very commercial area.

Service was professional and friendly. Every staff member we came into contact with had a smile and a greeting for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were simple and quick. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great hotel. The Amish attractions are a short drive away.

Hotel is close to Route 30 and Route 283.

We had a great experience during our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster. The staff was courteous and helpful. The bar had a great wine, and the bartender, Steven, was extremely attentive and fun!
