We are in town for an annual conference. We have stayed at Hilton hotels in different cities each year for this event and the accommodations have always been extremely comfortable and clean, even at the older hotels. I have no words for this location. The only redeeming factor is the lovely front desk staff who truly tried their best to accommodate us and were extremely pleasant and apologetic throughout the experience. It is clear they were equally as annoyed with the state of the building as us. The hotel was clearly at some point a smoking hotel. We checked in, went to our room and the second we opened the door we were hit with a smell of smoke. We requested a different room thinking it was just a fluke but the next room was actually worse. Aside from the smell, the room was dirty, the phone in our room didn’t work, there were stains on the carpet, and our sink was backed up. Honestly all of us agreed the minor inconvenience of no phone and an unclean room would have been fine and we could tough it out, but the smell of smoke was overpowering. We booked several weeks in advance with a group discount rate and would have paid $189 a night, $220 after taxes, for the one night we ended up staying. Thankfully the hotel staff did give us 50% off the room to apologize for the experience. At this price level, I expected something up to par with Hiltons we have stayed in the past. We ended up cancelling the rest of our reservation and booking a room with the Marriott just steps away so we can easily walk over to the conference. What a world of difference and at the same price point! They even accommodated a very early check in of 9: 30 am! I VERY strongly suggest opting for the Marriott instead.

I never stayed here but I know someone who works here. She really enjoyed working here but they don’t care to much of the cdc guide lines. She went to work coughing she ask to go home cause so many people kept telling her she didn’t sound good. She got covid tested and she was negative on the covid test but had strep throat. They called her telling her she will have a write up for each day she was out. Remind u she just started. I explained to her that it’s best she calls the health department cause. Why would they want u to work when u cleaning rooms and the next guest go to enjoy there stay coming out with covid and a lot of people still not COVID vaccinated. For one I wouldn’t want to be around u if u have covid symptoms but to clean my room no. They don’t care for the CDC guidelines and that’s the worst part ever. It’s to much to lose to let someone go cause she card for everyone health besides her own health. And she have documents of doctors notes and covid tests and everything else needed.they can’t care to much about the guests if they don’t care about there employees

Already noted all my concerns in the earlier portion of this survey. Dirty room, dirty and mold-ridden shower curtain, broken coffee machine and stained bedspread.

My room was disgusting, it reminded me of a $40 a night motel. The dresser holding the mini-fridge was flaking off and chipped. The ceiling was peeling and the tub looked like a science project. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall and I discovered a disgusting stain on the bed cover. I’m was a big Hilton fan but I’m starting to wonder. Super nasty.

Boy oh boy what a HUGE disappointment staying at this Hilton. Firstly, check in wasn’t the greatest. The two women who checked us in were polite but forgot to give us any sense of directions afterwards in regards to parking, finding the proper elevators to our room, breakfast options etc. Secondly, and most importantly our room was labeled with the Hilton Clean Stay guarantee however it was very clear that the room was not cleaned properly. There were no housekeeping and hygiene protocols currently in use at this location. I requested housekeeping services throughout the stay but not once did housekeeping staff clean my room. When I called the front desk to inquire I was told that the staff member had called out for the day so the service wasn’t available. Sure enough, I had to take it upon myself to clean and sanitize my room to ensure my kids and I had a clean and safe stay from check in to check out. I had to call the front desk all four days for clean towels and washcloths. Thirdly, there was not mattress pad or fitted sheet on one of the two beds in my room. One quick move and we would of been sleeping on the mattress itself. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with the idea of sleeping on a bare mattress while on vacation. Last but not least, there was no microwave in the room which proved to be quite challenging while traveling with kids. On a more positive note the pool was very nice and so was the view. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this Hilton again although I did like it’s location. It was just too many disappointments to put my trust in again.

Severely run down. The elevator also takes forever at night (15-20 minutes) and I've stayed there several times. The last time it was raining which meant water was running into the room through the ceiling

Check in was a breeze, there is a convenient parking garage attatched, with 4 elevators there is very little wait time to get up or down, clean lobby and rooms. Hotel is easy to get to by car and easy to leave. The views from the rooms arevamazing.

Love the location of this hotel, steps to the Museum Seaport, Veterans Memorial, and the Penns Landing Park/Skating rink. A lot of local attractions was pretty much walking distance from this hotel. Parking was not complimentary but it was definitely convenient. Check in and Check out was easy as it could be done on the app and in the room. Staff was very friendly when approached. My in room services were quickly resolved with a visit to the front desk (I just needed extra towels as we had four in my group and we were missing a set). We liked our breakfast buffet even though it was not complimentary. Prices were reasonable.

Hotel location is perfect, very easy to find with a beautiful view of the Ben Franklin bridge. Hotel amenities include a bar and restaurant included.

We were in Philly for a concert, and chose the Penn's Landing Hilton for our stay. What a treat! The staff was great and rooms spotless and well appointed. The view of the city and river were icing on the cake. We topped off the visit with an excellent breakfast in the on site restaurant. We'll be back!

Not responsive. We have been attempting to reach the sales office for a long time to speak with someone about finalizing and signing a contract for an event we wish to hold at this hotel. We have left several voicemails with sales and sent several emails to which no one has responded. It’s very disappointing. We want to finalize everything and make payment before the rooms fill up for the dates of our event. This is hugely disappointing. Sales should just contact us and say they cannot cater the event rather than just not respond. Not cool.

This hotel is just ok. There are signs posted up in the lobby instructing people to wear mask but approximately 75 % walk around unmasked. Our room was filthy and we asked for a room changed when we arrived at the new room it was very dusty won't be returning again.

1. There is no valet. Don't believe their website or anything online. You can drop your bags off at the front door and they will take them to your room. Self parking was easy. Just don't expect a valet (we stayed on 9/11/2021).

2. Customer service was absolutely terrible. The only bright spot was Kevin who greeted us and had our bags taken to our room. He was awesome and very helpful. I hope he gets recognition for this. More of your employees should be like him. We called to ask a few questions about checking in prior to arriving and they were no help and very rude.

3. When arriving back to the hotel after 11pm the door was locked. We had to have a room key to unlock the door. For whatever reason the door wasn't unlocking. We were pounding on the door to get the attention of the front desk. They just looked, no help. Didn't even come over to check it out. Another guest actually opened the door for us from the inside. There was about a dozen other guests trying to get to their rooms and check in.

4. The room was clean. There was a stain on the carpet but no big deal. We stayed on the 20th floor and it sounded like the highway wasn't far away. It was a Saturday night so traffic was loud all night until about 1 or 2 am. If you are staying on that side then make sure to bring ear plugs. City view rooms are loud.

We always choose Hilton hotels, I wouldn't stay here again. It's not worth the cost of the room. It was convenient for where we needed to go but that's it. Your employees need to be trained in better customer service. Nobody wants to help you with anything. Make the appropriate updates on your website and Google page to say you don't offer valet.

Everyone was very nice and I was able to check-in and out with no problems. Room was clean and very quite even though I was right next to the elevators. I was a little worried at first but it ended up not being a problem.
