Hirschburg had been servicing my heater for a few years now and we have been very happy with the service. Ethan is a great technician and solved our heater issue quickly!

First time customer based on a recomendation and couldn't be happier. Esteban and his assistant (didn't get his name) showed up early, were very friendly, and completed the repair as needed. The price was fair and we were very happy with the work. Esteban also took the time to explain some options regarding our HVAC system, which we planned to replace in the Spring of 2024. We've already arranged for a quote from Hirschberg Mechanical and wouldn't think twice about having them do the work. A+ experience.

Fall 2023 update: Just had our fall maintenance. As usual, a great job by Zane, and Matt, too. I appreciate this terrific, well-run company.

2022: Sean performed our A/C & Heater maintenance today and did an outstanding job. He was here for a long time to make sure that everything in the system was working well. He called to let me know he was on his way (which is always appreciated!), was friendly, professional, and on time. I know that Hirschberg Mechanical is a charitable good friend to our community, and I am so glad that I found them!

The Hirschberg Mechanical team provides excellent customer service and they're extremely professional! We've been using their services for a few years now and just love them. The whole team of service providers are wonderful, as are the office team. In addition to having them service our HVAC in spring and fall, we've also hired them for various plumbing work and we bought our whole-house generator from them. They are very patient and really take the time to explain things to you. Their prices are fair and they have always provided us with outstanding work and customer service. Jon was at our home today to diagnose why our heater isn’t working. He quickly and efficiently determined the part that is needed and explained everything thoroughly. He is very courteous and professional! We recommend them to everyone we know.

Called in an emergency that we had a major leak that could not wait till Monday. The answering service had Herb one of their techs
out to the house in 30 minutes. Can't beat that.

My Air Conditioner broke on a Saturday & I called Hirschberg Mechanical on Monday and They came right out! I also had problems with my heater that I had been putting off! Timothy was wonderful he cleaned & took apart the air conditioner (central air) and the loud noise it sometimes made & Said I needed a new motor for the air conditioner, They ordered the part and when it came in on Wednesday they came right out this time it was Zane & Zane installed the motor and then took apart & cleaned and found the problem with the heater! Both Men Timothy & Zane were the Very Best! And If Your Looking for the Very Best It is Hirschberg Mechanical! And I don't have a lot of money but in my opinion they charged fair prices! Also the Ladies in the Office Debbie & Kathy & I think Jolle were all very nice & caring! Thank You Hirschberg Mechanical!

Technician was on-time, very professional, and cleared our drains in about twenty minutes. Couldn't ask for a better result.
