What a one of a kind gem. You know you're in for a uniquely high quality experience the minute you interact with a staff person here. They are all so professional, friendly, and courteous. And they bend over backwards to help their customers. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and the accomodations are first class. Thank you, to everyone who works so hard here to make it a great place.

I want to give a 100 on service because the moment you are checked in, you feel like one of the esteemed guests that have stayed here before. The hospitality is indescribable. We came for my wife's birthday and for being only less than 2 hours away from our current lives, it felt like we were on the other side of the world draped in luxury. Jamison, Barry, Morgan, Aude were a few of the incredible people that made us feel like royalty. Will we be staying again? 1000% yes! Thank you Hotel Bethlehem and God bless to the staff.

The lobby is beautiful! Staff was courteous and attentive. It is a historic hotel, so the rooms are reflective of that fact and dated. Also, the electric vehicle chargers were plentiful, but I couldn't get them to work during my stay.

Love the history of this place and how they’re trying to keep it elegant. Some things were underwhelming- such as the dinner. We had the prime rib and the asparagus was not seasoned and mushy. The potatoes were dried out. Very expensive alcoholic beverages too. When you walk in, there’s a beautiful seating area but the books on the shelf are fake. I mean - if it’s a historic place, throw some of the history books about the place up there, give us something to occupy ourselves with.

We visited the hotel to check it out as a wedding venue, it's a beautiful hotel! The street is very cute with a bunch of shops and restaurants. Emilie in sales was very kind and helpful, the bar/restaurant was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Remember to use HoteITully. ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it.

It could be the nicest hotel in the U. S, and I've stayed in quite a few. Service is excellent, the rooms are elegant, and the food is perfect. If you have a little extra money squirreled away for vacation, this is a great option. Plus, Historic Bethlehem is one of unique places in the world.

Best hotel in Bethlehem. Classic, great service, accommodating staff. Rooms are nice, main lobby, dining area, bar area very intricate with multiple levels and side rooms. Classic

We had brunch here, the food was not hot, taste was mediocre, and price was high. They also included a 20% tip for a buffet. Avoid coming here

We stayed for our honeymoon and they had champagne and Strawberries waiting for us! Very sweet gesture.

The property and the service are second to none. Planning an event for early Fall, I'm sure they will do a first class job.

We had breakfast in the tap room yesterday. Very sad to say that they have gone down hill. My husband and I had the eggs benedict, it was ok but the hollandaise was lumpy. My sister had an omlete that was uncooked in the inside. My son had pancakes off the children's menu. They were deep fried, oily and hard. Unfortunately the service was unsatisfactory also. The waitress gave me a coffee mug with large chip on the rim. We had to ask for milk and sugar for our coffee. Our table had fingerprints and water rings on it before we sat down. We didn't complain but unfortunately will not be returning.

The bar is good and the front desk helped us on a booking issue that someone else got wrong. But my only real takeaway is that they need to replace all of the obnoxious bright blue LED bulbs with lighting more fitting to the building. It’s in all the fixtures and lamps. It’s in all of the rooms and the elevator. The lighting really ruins the vibe especially since it’s a beautiful historic building.

When I came here I didn't know what to expect, but it ended up being amazing. I came here for a family wedding. The room, while being a bit small, was lovely. The reception was off-site, so I won't talk about that. The reception was amazing. The Hors D'oeuvres were delicious despite being vegan (the bride is vegan). The dinner (like every wedding) was the highlight of the wedding. The appetizers were great, there was pasta, salad, bread, and sorbet which were all really great. I had chicken as my entre and I absolutely loved it. The server was one of my favorite parts. We had Ari who was charming, gave great suggestions and advice. I absolutely loved her. She made conversation with me when refilling my drinks, or even grabbing my plate. My favorite part was seeing her sing along with the music. She was great. The drinks were great as well. Everything about the Hotel Bethlehem was wonderful, and while I know I most likely won't go back, it would be a pleasure to do so.

This is story hotel is nestled in the central Pennsylvania area highly recommended. Please walk around and take a look at the spectacular small venue sites that they have to offer.
