We spent approximately an hour browsing through numerous options, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout. We got our ring from hitched and I am so happy with it! My fiance loved the shop and said it was very nice and they take very good care of you. It was nice to find somewhere tasteful that was not on that jewelers row in center city. My cushion cut solitaire is perfect, everyone adores it and I truly think its craftsmanship and brilliance are superior to almost everyone else’s ring I’ve seen. The diamond is perfect and never looks yellow like a lot of other girls rings. The prongs might be my favorite part. I asked for claw prongs and they are perfectly tapered running seamlessly into the center stone. Thank you!

I was quite nervous when I first entered Hitched as I had no knowledge of the ring-buying process and found it quite intimidating. After meeting with Emma for my initial consultation, my nerves were put to rest. Emma greeted me with a warm welcome and began educating me on all things diamond. Emma worked closely with me throughout the process to ensure that all aspects of the ring were created exactly as I wanted. She was extremely responsive and was always willing to provide her expert opinion. I greatly appreciated being able to work with someone in person for such a large purchase. The final product came out even better than expected. I was truly impressed with the service I received from Hitched and Emma. Do not hesitate to set up a consultation.

I cannot rave enough about our experience at Hitched! I never write reviews, but Hitch is the kind of company you want to see succeed. I highly recommend it. The prices are great, especially for men’s bands. They have styles you don’t usually see, in particular, my fiancé picked out a darker gray colored tungsten band. We met the owner at the Old City Wedding Stroll and right away we were sold on Hitched and we cancelled an appointment we had scheduled elsewhere that weekend. We came back a few months later for an appointment and we chose the style we picked initially. I also tried on a number of women’s wedding bands and there was a lot of variety. The staff was helpful and they let you try on anything you want, without making you feel pressured. You can tell they care about what they do. If you’re hesitating, just schedule an appointment, there’s not commitment, and you’ll learn a lot.

Samya was amazing! It was such a fun and pressure-free visit where we could truly enjoy picking out my fiancé’s wedding ring. We’ll definitely recommend Hitched and Samya moving forward.

I cannot express fully how impressed I am with Hitched, their process, pricing, and how they brought my unique ring concept into a work of art that everyone is wow'd by!
I came in with a rough concept and Emma honed it in with a lot of artistic guidance into a ring I can't look away from.
I feel a little bad my Fiancee is a bit jealous.
They had so many rings on hand to look at for inspiration, a 3D printed example to try on and see in person. They had no problem with sending multiple variations of virtual designs to remove my doubts that it should be exactly one way, and not slightly different. No problems resizing to the perfect fit.

I was concerned about spending the money at first, afraid that I'd spend too much for my dream ring. But in the end it was way easier than I expected and much more impressive than I even imagined. I have no doubts I'd do it all over again the exact same with Hitched.

Hitched helped me create a custom ring for my fiancé using the diamond from my mother’s engagement ring and I could not be happier!

The team at Hitched truly prioritizes listening to it's customers (vs.pushing you to buy something) and educating its customers around the engagement ring grading process, listening to your needs, and going above and beyond to source the perfect diamond and design the perfect band! My fiancé and I personally enjoyed the showroom experience where you have the ability to mix and match different bands, diamond shapes, and sizes and enjoy an optional glass of champagne or beer. The entire process was transparent and just overall very curated. To Stephanie, Emma, and the entire team at Hitched, thank you for being part of our engagement journey and making our special day AMAZING!
