HK Waffle House Breakfast Restaurant, Philadelphia PA

The cashier kept rushing my order even though there were only 2 ppl ordering and because of that she kept making mistakes. My eggs were overcooked and my drink was a soda that tasted horrible. When I checked the date of my drink it had expired December 2019. I personally will never eat here again.

The service is good! Really good! I came in ordered my food and the lady at the counter was very nice and pleasant! The food was Nasty though.because the lady was so nice I decided to return assuming that maybe they just had a bad day because the reviews were good, but the food was DISGUSTING! I just can’t! I tried but I’m sorry it was trash! Maybe because of the location and the people in the area aren’t use to good food, it’s good to them but if you use to good home cook breakfast don’t waste your time. So gross!

I come here often for breakfast or brunch. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is quaint, and the food is delicious! I suggest the chicken and waffles!

Cook pork on same grill. He where same glove for every thing. Touch everything with same glove. They money and never ask was food ok. Always crowded. Service rude. Can't place orders over phone.

Food is good but you will literally be paying for every little thing you order meaning if the menu price says one thing expect to pay a whole different price for extras. Visited this area frequently and even though the food was good pricing was a bit rapey. Paid for a 7.00 and 4.00 meal and end up paying 15 for it total. With tax its shouldn't be more than 13.00. Ponder that before ordering.

A staple of the neighborhood fort good reason. Breakfast is simple but great, quick and friendly service. The fried fish platter looked banging too

The food is good as well as the customer service. I would definitely recommend. It's a great nieghborhood restaurant with reasonable prices.

The service is always pleasant the waitress is always very nice. I think this place is a true breakfast spot. The food is always amazing and Cooked to perfection. I always eat in and get the 2 eggs and meat. Best breakfast this side of market. I give them a 5 hands down. The place is very clean and the selection of every variation of breakfast you have heard of, they have for you. Overall I suggest you try it! Eat in or take out!

Definitely a hidden gem! Was actually headed to try Tasties down the street. Unfortunately even though they were open, they were 30 minutes from being ready to serve customers for some unknown reason. HK Waffle House is a great place for tasty, affordable food in a clean and comfy environment. I had the chicken & waffles and home fries.

I had chicken & waffles and it was very tasty. The restaurant is remodeled nice, and the cook & the ppl @ the counter were friendly

The best breakfast food in West Philly! You don't wait long, staff is pleasant, overall great experience! Would recommend anybody to go there!
