Mike was great! He came out, was quick to diagnose the problem and took care of it immediately. I appreciate the friendly and fast service Mike provided! Would definitely use HL Bowman again.

The technician was friendly, professional, and explained our new thermostat thoroughly before he left.

Firstly let me highlight that my HVAC is from 1988 and while has been super reliable spares are non existent at this point,
Dan identified the fault on replaced the board and while cleaning the system found a problem with the pilot light gas in point and at 6pm for free disassembled a previously reduced unit back at the yard and fitted and supplied that part for free.
So one happy customer.

Today I switched from pronto plumbing because of the incredibly inconsistent issues with scheduling, communicating, and no-shows over the last 4 attempts at service. Any service needed an estimate and then an appt for the work. Just getting someone to come out at the scheduled time for the estimate was near impossible, but to double the visits to get anything done was a horrible experience. I called Bowman and Mike was here in a matter of hours, same day. He went right to work, no hassles at all. Very friendly, fast, and the quality of work was impressive. A copper pipe sprung a pin leak and I had to cut water to my house. When I called they already had a full schedule but assured me they would do their best to fit the repair into the current day. Within hours they called to tell me the technician was on the way. The tech's repair was done efficiently, professionally and cleanly. Highly recommend.

We called this morning. Dan came to our house only a few hours later, after a friendly phone call letting me know he is on his way. I don't think he was here much longer than 30 minutes. He was able to identify the faulty part of our heater, grabbed a replacement piece from his vehicle, and installed. I felt the price was very fair and it was a pleasure working with Dan and his team! Our AC stopped working one of the hottest days of the year. HL Bowman Inc came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part quickly, and gave me pointers for improving the system's efficiency.
