HO HO Wok Chinese Restaurant, Easton PA

This place is so under rated. The food is some of the best around! I found my new go-to for Chinese food.

Food is good as always, but the staff are just awful. I ordered food for my family, and my girlfriend went to pick it up. They kept trying to give her the wrong order, and when she would tell them it wasn't what we ordered, they insisted she was wrong. She was starting to think that maybe I ordered more food than she thought, because it had 2 of what we got, but a lot more food in general. She came back with it and showed me, and it was over $80 worth of food, and we only ordered $30, and she got charged the full $80.

I called them and they asked me to bring the food back. I don't know why they wanted it back, but once food leaves a restaurant, they can no longer vouch for its integrity. I don't know if they plan on serving it to someone else, but they can't confirm what happened to the food once it got picked up, so that's a big no no.

We showed up and they tried to tell me that it was my girlfriend's fault, despite her telling them over and over it wasn't what we ordered. They then refused to give us a full refund after making us come back and being so rude to us, and only refunded the difference between the orders. I pushed on it because they were doing less than the bare minimum, and making our wasted time not worth it, but they just started to ignore me. I've learned a few things.

1. They don't respect your time, and if they mess something up, they'll blame you for it and not reimburse you for the inconveniences they cause.
2. I cannot guarantee their food's integrity if they want us to bring back food from someplace they don't know.
3. They don't care about their customers.

I've been coming here ever since I was a little kid, but this is not the first time something like this has happened, and their attitude has only gotten worse over time. This is my last time coming here, as there are more options now in the area.

This is really my favorite Chinese food in the entire area.
The black pepper steak is not available elsewhere, and a favorite.
The general Cho and sesame chicken are my kids favorites.
The flavor is better here than other restaurants.

I’d give 5 stars if the lady there wasn’t so rude! Why do you all hold the soy sauce hostage? I order one thing only, Olson fried rice and they’ll give me one packet of soy sauce. When I ask for more they have an instant attitude throw one more packet in the bag.

This is the best Chinese food in Easton! Spare ribs are always moist, not too fatty. Everything I've ordered has been on point

I used to love their fried rice. For some reason, it’s not that tasty anymore. Please revert to the original recipe.

Order food from you it was over 60.00 and you could not get it right.that was the last timeiwillcallyou

Fair to middling, pedestrian at best. I didn't care for it very much, the rest of my house thought it was okay. Either way, there are better places around.

The food is different.must've changed the cooks or something. Not as flavorful as usual and I asked for extra spicy and got blah! I wish I took pictures!

Hands down the best House Special Egg Foo Yung I've ever had! I'll be ordering from HO HO every time I'm in Easton.

I moved into Easton for the first time in 2016.
I don't know how long this place has been around or why I never ordered from them until I moved back here in 2020, but, I'm so happy I finally have a place where I can get General Tso's that does not suck. Is my taste in Chinese basic? Yes, but my brother gets the Singapore mei fun and he has no complaints. They're quick, courteous and all their food tastes great.gave us a free 2 liter when I picked up in person that one time. So nice.favorite in Easton.

I call this marvelous place every couple of days since I enjoy the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The crew is highly loving and qualified. The service is awfully quick. Needless to say, the food they prepare is outstanding. I frequent often and I was never disappointed. The pay is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Bad service no spoons no napkins no uniform they are like they in the house children working bad experience

Delicious! Even during this time with C19 they are able to safely pick up some of the most delectable dishes! No msg & fresh! I think that Ho Ho Wok delivers as well.

This place has pretty good food. The soup is flavorful and my fried rice had a decent amount of shrimp in it. The shrimp egg roll was big but a little bland. Fast service, good pickup setup.

Our most favorite place to get Chinese food in the area! I usually order online and pick it up on my way home from work. My order is always ready when I get there and it is always correct, even down to requesting chopsticks in the bag. The young man behind the counter is very friendly. We love everything that we have tried from there but a few of our favorites are the Crab Ragoon, Steamed Dumplings, Walnut chicken or shrimp with coconut sauce and especially the Singapore Mei Fun.

Granted it was the first day it opened during quarantine. I picked up. My food was leaking all over. One entree was supposed to have sliced grilled chicken? It was large pieces of fried chicken put on top. Steamed dumplings were hard. Chicken and broccoli no sauce on it or on the side. I spent over 70 dollars and it was not good
