Having some issues & questions about the computer. Tim checked it all out, actually did some things that needed to be done like backing it up.and suggested an antivirus software that happened to be on sale. I picked that up that night for a GREAT price, and 1 pkg for 3 computers! Very happy with the services he provided, including getting rid of those annoying popups that you don't know if you can trust. Will be calling again for a second computer with different issues. It's nice to know you can call someone to come to your place to fix your computer. He wore a mask, I wore a mask. I felt very safe. Life goes on & we'll have to adapt.
