Love this place. We go here when we are in town to visit my mother. Corn bread is out of this world.

Best BBQ in the region. Baby Ribs and brisket both smoked in house and the Mac and cheese is out of this world great! The burgers are wonderful and the seasoned sweet potato fries are delicious. The wait staff is very personable and provided great service.

Visited this restaurant on 11/ 18/2023 for dinner and was greatly disappointed. Order the Baby Back Ribs, they were so tough, I had to cut the individual ribs with s knife. Even then, they were grossly undercooked and unflavored. I didn't eat any of them. I wasted $84.00 dollars of my money The waitress was excellent. I don't think I'll be going to this place again. If you like to eat ribs, this place ain't the place to eat them.

My first time eating at this restaurant was a disaster. The waitress was absolutely amazing but the food was not good. My son got chicken and it was still raw on the inside. I asked to have it remade and they refried it, it was still raw. My BBQ sandwich tasted awful. Just not a great experience.

Hog fathers has good food, it's just not for me why? BBQ that I like is cooked with charcoal & wood chips that's what I prefer. I'm not a big fan of cooking BBQ with propane. I will & do eat the Brisket.

My handicap cousin and his friends ordered hamburgers and never received them and called Hog Father's they never knew anything about it 11/19/2023

People really need to stopeating here the way the store the food an prep is far from sanitary. It’s going to get someone sick or worse period. I have pictures of the chicken that’s soaked in beef blood as well as sausage that’s went bad an they still serve it and the smoke in the kitchen cause of the exhaust. Not only that the owner made an makes everyone work in a kitchen that has a broken exhaust system. An cause the owner is friends with higher ups of the city everything is over looked something needs done. About to call our local news stations to investigate. How is this place still open after what just came out in the papers. Hummmm plus there is a lot more that I can call out like how the shrimp is put on ice with other items. Coolers aren’t working. An some things don’t drain correctly. Someone please do something already it’s getting old how everything is getting over looked as well as it might be a week after payday before you get your money

I cant really comment on the food because they didnt have much.their supply truck hadnt shown up that day but they stayed open even though they didnt have much to cook.im thoroughly disappointed, we should have gone to blane hill but wanted to try something new.

Ordered through Doordash and I got a sour stomach and my son threw up, after we ate. I threw the coleslaw out because it was rancid. Thought the meat, fries and cornbread would be ok. Clearly it was not, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten sick. First time ordering here and will never again.

Tonight I placed my order though door dash. This is my 4th and final attempt. Every time I go to the restaurant the food is good and there are no problems but every single time I order though door dash there is an issue. This restaurant does no care when it comes to delivery’s the standard drop and the prices go up. Tonight my wife’s sandwich was on the wrong bun and had no onion straws and the portions of sides are half the size of the portion you would get if you went to eat their. However half the size but double the price.

This restaurant in my opinion feels that since it’s delivery they don’t have to live up to normal standards and just don’t care and this is why I will not be ordering or going back. I want them to surprise me so I’ve tried a few times but always disappointed and I can’t keep giving them chances. I hope the owners realize this is not the best way to to business but I have a feeling they are terrible as I have seen a revolving door of waitress since the place opened which screams terrible management and standards.

Ps it’s $4.49 for one of the sides picture and that picture is taken right after I took the lids off.

Went here yesterday for one of the worst dinning experiences of my life. This place has good reviews and I see them all the time on doordash and Uber eats, we decided to eat inside …. The brisket had more of a burnt flavor than smoke, it was cut too thin and almost reminded me of an Arby’s sandwich. The mashed potatoes are instant potatoes, and the cheapest kind possible, the waitresses and cooks were just carrying on amongst themselves singing, making weird noises, and talking amongst themselves instead of waiting on the whole 3 families that were in there. I give it zero stars, definitely don’t recommend to a friend.

Fantastic ribs, never disappointed at any of their locations. Good service and reasonable prices.

Unfortunately we must have ordered on a bad night. We got spinach artichoke dip, steak bites, and garlic mashed potatoes. Horrible is not even the word to describe this experience. We ordered the steak medium rare and they came well done. The spinach artichoke dip was $10 for maybe a cup of flavorless dip and stale chips. Paid $60 for food that would’ve been better getting it from Walmart. The mashed potatoes were watery and tasted like they were boxed. By the time we got our food they were closed so couldn’t even call.

We ordered two kids burgers and added cheese, a side of Mac n cheese and the BBQ brisket dinner. Portions were a good size, we could have all gotten full just sharing the brisket dinner. The Mac n cheese was not the favorite but the baked beans were a hit! We really enjoyed the brisket sandwiches. The sauce is sweet but a lovely compliment.the kids were done with their meals by the time the dinner plate was served. They did have a lot of delivery orders to fill while we will there. We'll definitely be back, there was a large variety of good looking dishes
