Great salon. Mandy is my hair stylist. Always a great experience and staff is courteous and friendly.

This was my son's first haircut in a salon as I always cut it myself. Mandy was the stylist and did an amazing job! My son loves it! Thank you! We will be back again.

Took my daughter to get a trim she is 12. I only had 3 inches taken off, changed for an adult cut and it cost $25 to cut 3 inches off her hair? !? !? That's ridiculous won't be going back.

After being given a photo which our stylist was given the option to keep the photo on her desk and actively open. She insisted she didn't need it
We went in for an angled bob. My daughter got about 5-9 inches cut off in the end. I've never seen it cut that way ever and I went to beauty school.
It was not nicely angled. One side was just blunt cut to her chin, while the other side had some what of an angle. I didn't want to have to go super short in the back but that's what ended up having to happen when I took her home. Should have cut it myself honest to goodness.
Idk maybe if they stopped double booking it would help.

I'm very disappointed. Not my first negative experience here. Absolutely will be my last experience here!

Busy place but it's open lots of hours. Making an appointment helps. Walk-ins are available but it's one of the only hair salons in town so you might not get in when you want. They are super friendly

I've been going here for 20 years and I haven't been disappointed once! I always leave here feeling like a million bucks. I take a picture of what I want and it's always exactly like the picture when I leave. Would never go anywhere else!

Great service with friendly, competent staff. Facility is clean and the business has and follows infection control policies. The only drawback is its pricing which is a bit on the high side.

Mandy has been cutting my hair as well as my kids for years now— ALWAYS friendly, polite, and professional!

I had a great haircut and the place is really decorated nice for Halloween. The girls are wonderful there, they always treat me good. Always very clean.

I've had my haircut done here multiple times and never had a real issue some haircuts are better than others but this was the absolute worst that I've ever had I am in sales and needed a professional short haircut but the lady tried cutting my hair almost entirely from one side of my head it is uneven, it is chunky, just an absolute mess. When I'm in a business at first impressions mean a lot I cannot have my head looking like this, I will go elsewhere to have it fixed. I will come back for more business but I absolutely will not allow that stylist to touch my head or the head of any of my kids

Saturday 6/12/21, I brought a picture in of hair color / highlights I wanted, the stylist Katie kept assuring me it would be pretty over & over again. I noticed she wasn’t turning the chair around so I could see it. It was a blonde modern highlight, she told me she added Carmel toner to it which I thought was odd but figured she was the professional. I got up to the counter & she charged 196.00 for a bayalage. But all she did was put 10 foils in it. And the toner took away any blonde that was there. I have tried calling the store & left a message but no one has gotten back to me. I feel I was ripped off my hair looked exactly like it did when I walked in only a little lighter. I have pictures. I feel I was ripped off. I would’ve have liked a refund, I’ll never go back if this doesn’t get rectified. She knew I wasn’t happy but just kept gushing about what a great job she did.

The workers there listen and understand what you want and they go above and beyond to make it satisfactory for every visit. I'll continue to go here like I have been doing so for the last 5 years
