A hairdresser is not just one cutting and styling hair easy way but one who feels the customer need as well. MARY is the name! My 5 year old daughter had cut and glued her hair from back. It had become a thick dried bun. She had beautiful long curls below waist. We tried everything at home and at last went to holiday hair reading reviews. By chance we came across Mary there and instead of cutting her hair directly (which would have been chopped till her shoulders) ; she decided to give an attempt to detangle my daughter’s hair. She tried her best giving it proper time and technique. Though we had to cut her hair but not the worst we thought. They are below shoulder length now. I highly appreciate Mary’s patience and for feeling us. I highly appreciate she didn’t let our hope die completely. Hats off to her zeal, consistency and diligent efforts. Thanks to AMY as well for being so supportive and walking that extra mile down the street with my husband for getting the required stuff.

Cindy cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows. She did an amazing job with both and was very friendly.

Be sure to call when making an appointment I used their book online feature and was told when I arrived that some stylist didn’t take her name out of the computer so I wasn’t going to be able to be seen even though there was a plethora of available times, and I had chose next available stylist. I just wanted a basic cut. It was the first thing I was going to do for myself since having a baby and I was turned away. I was told to come back. I booked a different salon while nursing my newborn and left after she was done. Mishaps with bookings happen, but I’m pretty disappointed that there was just no awareness to the fact that they have online booking option. Would’ve saved me driving 25 minutes with a baby.

Cindy Woy did a fantastic job on my cut and color! I LOVE my hair! I got so many compliments as well! Cindy is very experienced and offered great advice while listening to what I wanted. She is very talented. I totally felt comfortable with her and will go back to her! She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!:)

I had a11am appointment came in she was just opening up she was nice but I scheduled an appt to get a cut, wash, style got none of that she literally said sit down was in a sitter hurry very much rushing me, brushed my hair down in the back and cut off 2 inches that’s it no wash or style and I paid $28 terrible haircut looks all choppy in the back none of my layers were cut looks awful will never be back to this place.

I made online appointments for my son and myself in the afternoon. Upon arrival my sons appointment was first. He is 8 and I showed a picture of my sons school picture as a reference for how he wanted his haircut. She held his hair in her fingers and confirmed with me how much we wanted to cut from the front.
I then told her we wanted it buzzed in the back and on the sides with a number 2. She began buzzing his hair first and when I looked away to check on my other son, when I turned back she had buzzed the front part of his hair that she was supposed to cut. The part that she CONFIRMED with me by showing me his hair in her fingertips with how much I wanted cut.
My son was shocked and immediately had a meltdown as this was NOT the expectation from this cut. The stylist barely spoke to us let alone apologized for what she had done. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager was not sensitive to our concerns at all. My son has sensory issues and we informed them that this cut would truly ruin his self confidence. The manager had the audacity to tell us no kid ever lost confidence from a bad haircut. The customer in the managers chair then became verbally aggressive with us and told us to “F#*% off”. The manager replied that she would just call the police if we didn’t leave. We were trying to explain how this was truly unacceptable and were met with nothing but rudeness and ignorance.
Unfortunately, I have been coming to this salon to see the manager for several years. Based on this experience, I will never return and will share this experience with others as a warning.

Absolute joke of a salon with zero professionalism or accountability. Made an appointment for 3: 30 for my niece based off the employees instructions for what she wanted done. We arrive at 3: 15 sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to finish someone else and then were told there isn’t enough time to do her hair. Absolute failure by management and the employees and we will never step foot in here again.

Edit: I doubt it first your employees blamed the other employees then blamed my wife for making the appointment at all! We relied on “experts” and clearly there are none there.
