Holiday Inn Express Indiana, an IHG Hotel reviews
19Great place to stay! We stayed 3 nights for our son’s graduation. Clean room, very comfy bed and pillows. The hotel is definitely short staffed, but boy did they work to make everyone happy. The included breakfast was the best we had from any hotel (love the pancake maker). We especially want to thank the staff, every one of them, for their hard work and hospitality. We would definitely recommend.
Disappointed.tiny room. Offered a different room and it had a "busy" sign on it. Just stayed where i was. Desk clerk was not overlt helpful. Any bathroom door was dirty. I used washcloth to clean it off.
Was Told in the morning, should get a king room they are larger. Very helpful woman assisted me with business area.don't think she was front desk staff.
Missed breakfast
They put a "hold" on my card for the room, then charged it anyway without explaining why. Nothing was charged to the room. The "breakfast buffet' consisted of microwaved jimmy dean sandwiches. The gym was "locked, and we cant open it" so it was not accessible.would definately check for availability at other establishments nearby next time.
Everything was exceptionally great except there was no hot breakfast at any time. Made a lot of people rather unhappy and kinda ruined my stay as I was looking forward to it so much.
The stay was fine except I booked and paid through a third party service and then the hotel charged me too! 4 calls so far and no refund! Will keep calling but beware of this hotels shady management and failure to respond.
Pro: Bed and Pillows were very comfortable, Loved Full Size Pillows.
Cons: Bathroom was super Tiny, Toilet needed tighten to floor and was as a bad angle
Great Location next to EatNPark
I check in at 1: 18 in the morning. Room 220. At 1: 30 the banging started and didn't stop until 6: 30 am. Talk to front desk and a they said was did you call front desk. 110 for a room I couldn't sleep in.
Dave and his team are awesome-very accomidating and everyone is nice! Parents loved the stay-go here if you need a place to stay!
The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel! I travel here for competitions several times a year and will never again book at this location! My daughter had covid and could not come to compete. I tried to cancel 3 days prior to the day we were supposed to arrive (in 3 separate emails with no response). Not only did they NOT cancel my reservation and charged me for the full price stay, but when I called to talk to someone about the charge, the girl said that she would talk to her manager and call me back. No return phone call! I have never had any issues at the HILTON canceling a reservation up to 24 hours in advance. They will have my business from now on. If you don't like to pay full price for a reservation that you cannot keep with more than enough day's notice, I highly suggest you do the same. The Holiday Inn does not care about its guests!
It was a really nice stay. We had a king suite. The bathroom is a tad small and my husband had a tough time turning around in it to close the door. We usually get an executive suite, but we paid with points, so that may have had something to do with the size of the room. I am always careful with towels because I just believe we should save where we can, but I missed the bed being made when we came back. (I hate Covid) All in all, it was a great stay. So clean and perfectly maintained. To top it off, the people working there are friendly and extremely nice and helpful. That's important to me. We will definitely be back to stay next month when we are in beautiful Pennsylvania.
Decent and not pricey hotel. Their are better in town, but the staff here is friendly. Also directly next to the Eat n Park for cheap but good meals.
Nice stay.only issue was door to room.seems like someone had to open door with force from outside.left gap in door and frame.you can see into and out of room.otherwise comfortable accommodations
Just checked in, but have to put this out there. The staff/managment has already earned a 5 star rating regardless of what else happens next. Room is perfect and clean. Couldn't ask for better.
Amazing hotel. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Great staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommend
Our group booked this hotel but then had to make some changes. Though it was not the hotel's fault, and though they did not have to help us out they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The General Manager of the hotel was very helpful.
Staff is excellent and would have given an easy 5 stars, however, very disappointed with the fitness gym. No towels, no cups for the water and most importantly no disinfectant wipes, which should always be readily available to wipe the equipment down.
Walked in and ended up walking out. The place was filthy. Floors weren’t mopped, bathroom was nasty. No one was at the desk to help me. Went down to the Hilton which was great.
We were very happy with this hotel. It was clean and we didn't really have any major issues. There were a few minor things, like not getting a wake up call one morning and being too close to the elevator. Also noisy people in the halls were minor annoyances, but not a big deal. The Manager, David, was very helpful and willing to fix any issues that he could. We have family in the area so I am sure we will be back again. I would like to see more healthy options at breakfast but I am sure there are limitations when you are running a chain hotel. All that said, it was a good experience.
Staff is super friendly and accessible. Rooms are extremely clean, better then average breakfast, and they got a pool. Not one single complaint.
