7Our first hotel stay since March, 2020. This hotel is a real gem. Clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is super helpful and the communication is very good. They offer their guests bagged breakfast options since the usual breakfast was not available - very tasty and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay in NW PA.
This hotel is very clean, everyone who worked at this hotel was friendly and helpful.i had no problem with any aspect of the rm.or bathroom.clean everything.the pool and gym are open as well, also very clean area's.nice hot coffee or tea all day in the lobby, and a breakfast to go or take to your rm in the am.i must say a pleasant experience all around.
They said no smoking so I went outside constantly and not 1 smoke was ignited in that building and there charging me over $150 for smoking in the room. When that clearly wouldnt happen because I had my toddler with us and we do not smoke around her or even in our own house. NEVER AGAIN WILL I, NOR MY FAMILY STAY IN A HOLIDAY INN EVER AGAIN! NO STARS GIVIN
Great place to stay if you're in the Franklin area. It is always very clean. The staff is always very helpful.
Well maintained rooms and friendly staff but has smoking smell in elevator and hallways. Didn't see anyone smoking but may be staff who smoke and move throughout the facility.
Stayed here for one night. Due to covid-19, pool was closed & breakfast wasnt upto par, also due to the covid-19. Just your hot coffee & pastries. The room was VERY spacious, w/ the 2 queen beds, fridge & microwave. Everything was clean, from entering the hotel to the room.
Rooms are clean and staff are friendly, but prices are high. Especially for this area of the state. But it's the only hotel near Oil City that is safe and clean. So your stuck with the price and they know it
