Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon, an IHG Hotel

The continental breakfast is great, there is plenty ty to choose from: cereal, egg omelet, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, a pancake machine that you push the button and watch the show, oatmeal. Assortment of meats etc. The rooms were clean and ready. Only complaint was my roommate couldn't figure out how to operate the ac. It got cold but I slept great.

Very clean even though in the midst of renovations. Hopefully they will get the floors done soon they are in pretty rough shape in the rooms and hallways.
Great breakfast and service

I love Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is really nice. Most have a pool, which my kids love. Rooms are always clean. The staff are accommodating and super helpful. I’ve stayed at several Holiday Inn’s and have no complaints.

Everything is dirty, furniture and floors are stained, mold in the bathroom, the pool has such a thick film on it that it looks like jello

I called to cancel a reservation. I was told it would be cancelled. I have the phone records showing when those calls occurred. I called back the next day because I didn't receive my cancellation email. I was told it was cancelled. I then was charged for the cancelled room, 4 days. Corporate IHG confirmed the hotel should not have charged me. The GM Joanne lacked the professionalism to call me back. I am encouraging not to stay here. Honesty and customer service are not their priority. I have also reached out to the company I work with to have this location removed from our choices. Stay at the one in Hershey which is clean with a very professional team.

Friendly staff, all around clean hotel. Typical hotel breakfast but cooked and stored properly. Not overcooked and dry. Pancake machine makes great pancakes.

Beware. Do not stay here unless you want your property stolen. My mom’s iPad was stolen from one of the staff members. The last location on the app Find My showed the location as at the hotel. Unbelievable how the staff could lie to your face about stealing property.

I would give this place zero stars. The staff steal your possessions and when confronted they lie to your face rather than just return it. My expensive I- pad was there in my room for 20 min. I returned to get it and the only person that had entered the room was one housekeeper. Noone else had time to go in. The I pad was gone and yet my tracker tracked it was there. I searched the room, their laundry room, the front desk. Not one of them would give it back. Stay away from there.

Terrible. No AC. No Elevator. Front desk clerks were nasty, never smile, did not handle issues at all, just ignored them.

Clean hotel. Good size room, we had a Queen Suite. Only two big problems, but at least one was a doozy. No hot water in the morning! We were at the room at the end, so in the morning, with everyone getting ready to go, we lose. Had to wait till everyone else left. Luckily we weren't in a hurry. Hotel was good about late checkout. Second issue, very small breakfast room. With the hotel full, there was no room to sit and enjoy breakfast. We had to take it back to the room. We thought we would let our girls go play in the pool but they returned shortly saying the pool looked dirty and they didn't want to swim in it.

Great service from breakfast to room cleaning services. The staff was courteous and respectful. Job well done

I booked this hotel two weeks prior to my stay. Upon arriving, the front desk stated I didn’t have a reservation. Even with my confirmation number, she insisted I didn’t have a reservation and there was nothing she could do. She stated the hotel was booked with a wedding party and that she had already been yelled at by other guests for not having rooms. I realized that my room was given away to someone from the wedding party. It would have been nice if she could have at least offered to help me find a different hotel. Very dissatisfied with the way they handled this situation. Especially since I was not familiar with the area and had driven 5 hours to get there. I was left standing there with no help whatsoever. Disappointed with the hotel’s lack of
customer service. I travel to this area frequently always stay at this location We will find a new location for our next trip there.

We stayed there last night. The first room we got on the first floor smelled a little musty and the bed was made haphazardly. We spoke with Chase at the front desk about it. He was an extremely nice and helpful, and honest young man. He personally went to the third floor, inspected, and found a good room for us. A few hours later we were leaving the hotel for dinner when I realized I left my purse in the eating area downstairs. He had picked it up and was holding it for us behind the desk. He did a great job and they upheld their clean promise.

Hotel is above average. I was pleasantly surprised on my first night’s stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is above average. Hot complimentary breakfast in the morning. Not just cereal and bread but omelets, sausage and bacon. The manager, Anna, is very nice and accommodating. Nothing not to like about this hotel.

The staff was kind and attentive. The rooms (3rd floor stay/rm310) are gross… stained carpet, blanket. Cracked and broken tub and tiles with a chair in the corner falling apart. A carpet scrubber and better maintenance would go a loooong way.
The breakfast was good and in a well maintained and clean area.

Perfect location for where I needed to be.

Staff was very friendly in the hotel and rooms were spotless. Free breakfast in the morning and close local dinning
